'Casa Anduez' is a recently renovated three double bedroom (master bedroom with en-suite) 2.5 bathroom house with private garden and roof terrace, in a peaceful location right in the centre of Nerja. Everything is in walking distance nearby, including bars, restaurants, shops, the Balcon de Europa and Nerja's beaches.

The master bedroom has an en-suite showeroom/wc, plus there is a family bathroom for the other two bedrooms. Downstairs there is a further cloakroom/wc. All bedrooms have Panasonic air con units for a comfortable nights sleep during the hot summer months plus heating during the winter. Broadband internet/WiFi is included in the price along with Spanish and British TV.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with electric oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer, plus microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and plenty of cupboard space.

The lounge has a comfortable sofa and armchairs with Spanish and British TV and fibre optic broadband internet (suitable for Zoom calls and teleworking). Patio doors open out onto the private back garden with sun loungers and table and chairs.

The private gardens and roof terrace get sun all day and there is plenty of shade under the covered side terrace, which is ideal for al-fresco dining.

The house is in a safe, quiet residential neighbourhood, with some of the best tapas bars and restaurants in the town on your doorstep. Local shops (including a bakers, butchers, fish mongers and general store) are all within 100m of the house, plus there is a large supermarket (Mercadona) less than 10 minutes walk away. Everything is open and lively year-round, making this an ideal winter as well as summer destination.

There is free on street parking in the surrounding streets, plus there is a large pay car park nearby.

Casa muito agradável
Casa bastante acolhedora, localizada numa zona central, mas sossegada. Alguma dificuldade de estacionamento, sendo necessário deixar o carro um pouco afastado. A praia fica bastante perto, o que possibilita que a deslocação seja feita a pé. A casa está equipada, mas podia ter mais utensílios, uma vez que tem em pouca quantidade, como pratos e talheres. De um modo geral gostámos bastante.

Perfect house in Nerja town centre
We booked a few days holiday in Nerja in November to get the last of the autumn weather and we weren't disappointed - we had warm sunny weather for most of our stay and some rain! The house we booked was nice and comfortable and very quiet, despite being in the middle of town (near to the Parador hotel). Burriana beach and the Balcon de Europa were about 10 or 15 minutes walk from the house and there were lots of nice tapas bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. Our favourite was Rincon de Sabor which was just down the road and la Puntilas. We are hoping to come back in the summer and would definitely book this house again.

We live in Nerja with our 13 year old son and enjoy the outside lifestyle that the great year-round climate offers here. Swimming, kayaking, cycling, dog-walking and lazing on the beach by day, with the occasional drink and tapas by night.

Why they chose this property

We wanted somewhere in the centre of town, close to all the bars, restaurants, beaches and cafes, without having to drive everywhere, but with private outside space. Despite being in the centre of town, we are far enough away from the road so that the house and its gardens are quiet and peaceful.
