The accommodation is located on the third and last floor (without a lift) of a building from the late 1920s, in a historic neighborhood where you can still breathe the air of old Rome.

The house, furnished with the utmost care, is composed of kitchen, bathroom and a large room divided between day and night area.
To sleep, available to guests, in addition to the double bed there is a sofa bed and a cot if necessary.

The structure is completed with a 10 sqm furnished terrace equipped with a roll-up awning.

The street, quiet and not very noisy, is located a few meters from Piazzale di Ponte Milvio.

Guests will have access to all the services offered by the house: 40 inch LED with digital terrestrial and satellite TV, free wi-fi, dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning, independent heating, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board.
We will be present at check in / check out and always available for any kind of help and information.

If requested by our guests, a shuttle service is available to / from Fiumicino or Ciampino Airport at an agreed fixed price.

The neighborhood is very interesting both in terms of culture and entertainment.

Periodically there are many sporting events (rugby, football, tennis, athletics, basketball, etc.) but also exhibitions, concerts and markets.
The bridge is today the oldest still existing in Rome, northern gate of the ancient city.

The nearby bike path, located on the banks of the Tiber, leads to the most central areas of Rome and to Trastevere.
