From Malaga International Airport, you take the Autovía del Mediterráneo motorway (A 7) towards Almería, and abandon in in Algarrobo exit (277). From there, you have to drive 4 km uphill on a mountain road. You can access the property with a conventional car (max.5 people). Superb views

Great stay. Owners helpful and responsive. Nice location in the hills. Access road took a little bit of getting used to. Lovely area.

Fantastic villa with great views

We enjoyed our stay very much. The villa has great views and was generally peaceful. The road to get there was a little challenging at first but we got used to it. Gabriel and Alberto were very helpful and quick to sort any issues. We recommend it !

Inoubliable

Un séjour inoubliable dans une maison particulièrement bien située avec vue sur la mer et les collines. Située à environ 450 m d’altitude, elle nous offre de ravissants spectacles même par temps pluvieux, même quand les nuages ou la brume coiffent la montagne. À la lecture de certains commentaires, je craignais une route dangereuse, mais non! Bien sûr, il faut savoir conduire, mais tous les conducteurs (trices) croisés font preuve de patience et de fair-play! Tout le monde se salue et les mercis sont omniprésents quand vous vous garez pour laisser passer quelqu’un. Rafael s’est montré réceptif lors de chaque échange et a répondu rapidement à nos questions et Gabriel a été merveilleux de gentillesse et de savoir-faire. Prévoyez quand même un pull car cette année a été exceptionnellement froide aux mois de mars et avril, et cela pourrait se reproduire. Un grand merci à nos hôtes.

Superb Villa, but awful road to get there

The villa was everything was expected from the advert, except that the road to get to the villa, which is a 20 minute drive on a one-way concrete track with very steep unprotected drop offs in many parts and near 360 degree corners. You need nerves of steel if you're not used to that kind of road and, if you meet someone coming the other way, the skills of a mountain goat to reverse your car until you find a driveway or wider stretch to let the other car pass. Effectively it meant we were isolated in the villa for fear of using the road on a daily basis.

Wunderschön jedoch Modernierungen und diverse Reperaturen nötig.

Zu allererst muss gesagt sein das die Lage des Hauses einfach nur wunderschön ist. Wer jedoch Angst vor engen steilen Straßen hat sollte woanders hin fahren. Der gesamt Eindruck des Hauses war okay. Jedoch sind es viele Kleinigkeiten die wir für diesen Preis nicht in Ordnung fanden. Es fängt an bei den Liegen am Pool, die zwar noch stabil aber absolut in die Jahre gekommen waren, geht weiter bei Pfannen wo Griffe Lose waren, das man beim braten Angst haben musste den Griff einzeln in der Hand zu haben. Zusätzlich hatten wir an 5 von 9Tagen kein warmes Wasser und in einem der beiden Badezimmer kam an 8Tagen nur kaltes Wasser. Eigentlich sollten in den ersten 24Stunden nach Anreise ein Mitarbeiter kommen was jedoch nicht der Fall war. So war es auch nicht verwunderlich das nach 4Tagen kein Chlor mehr für den Pool da war. Nach 6Tagen war dieser dann ein Paradies für alle Insekten der Umgebung. Haben dann selber Chlor besorgt das wir auch weiterhin in den Pool konnten. Jedoch das schlimmste waren die Matratzen der zwei Einzelbetten. Man hat leider deutlich die Federn zu spüren bekommen und die Maße der Betten besonders die Länge sind für Jugendliche vllt noch okay, Erwachsene über 1.85m allerdings sind in einem 1.90Bett dann einfach falsch aufgehoben. Aber wollen wir mal zu den Positiven Sachen kommen. Die Lage ist wie oben schon gesagt der absolute Wahnsinn. Man hat seine Ruhe und kann auf dem ganzen Grundstück davon ausgehen nicht von anderen Häusern groß gesehen zu werden. Die Gartenanlage war schön angelegt und auch der Pool hatte eine vernünftige Größe. Der Weg zum Haus ist ein Abenteuer aber für sichere Autofahrer normal kein Problem. (Hatten einen Nissan Juke mit normalen Autos kann es hier und da von der Bodenfreiheit knapp werden) Fazit. Alles in allem ist es ein schönes Haus wo jedoch dringend mal einige Sachen neu gemacht werden sollten. Es war trotzdem ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Schönes Haus mit traumhafter Aussicht

Wir haben 10 Tage in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht und waren absolut zufrieden. Das Haus ist gepflegt und mit allem, was man braucht, ausgestattet. Unschlagbar sind die ruhige Lage und der Blick aufs Meer. Allein die Anfahrt zum Haus ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, weil sie über eine z.T. sehr steile und enge Straße führt. Sie ist jedoch komplett asphaltiert und mit normalem PKW zu bewältigen. Oben angekommen wird man mit der grandiosen Aussicht entschädigt.
