Independent house with private pool in the Chianti Classico, in an old hamlet of houses surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and woods. The town of Gaiole in Chianti is just 10 km away and the other villages of the Chianti Classico (Radda, Castellina, Greve, etc.) are easily reached by car. The house is comfortable, spanning two levels (connected on the inside via a spiral staircase), and offers guests a spacious, well-tended garden with pool (partly above-ground). The house is well-located for visiting the Chianti area and the most important sites of Tuscany. Nearby there are important wineries where it is possible to taste the wines that have made this area world famous. Parking within the grounds.

Wir waren mit der ganzen Familie eine Woche, anlässlich der LˋEroica 2021, in diesem Haus. Außer an den gewöhnungsbedürftigen Betten und an unbrauchbaren Pfannen hatten wir nichts auszusetzen. Pizza aus dem Holzofen oder Leckeres Gemüse und Fleisch auf dem vorhanden Grill. Top. Für einen ruhigen Toskana Urlaub oder zur Teilnahme an der Eroica ist das eine empfehlenswerte Immobilie. Am Ort ist ein gutes Restaurant. Frisches Brot, Brötchen und vieles Anderes gibt es morgens im Nachbarort Lecchi.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura dal 23 al 28 dicembre e abbiamo passato uno dei natali più bello di sempre! La Struttura è favolosa, il posto è meraviglioso ed immerso nel verde ottimo per soggiornare insieme agli amici e scappare dalla rumorosa città. Ci sono diversi appartamenti che sono provvisti di tutto. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e alla mano. La pulizia è ottima e i confort ci sono veramente tutti. Torneremo sicuramente.

The property is in a beautiful but quiet location surrounded by vineyards and spectacular Tuscan scenery. The apartment was spacious and generally cool inside despite the high temperatures outside. The pool area is very nice with extensive paving and plenty of sun-loungers. The pizza-oven and barbecue are superb.
