Raspberry consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (6 people). Large stone cottage, independent of 115 square meters with private garden with independent access and a courtyard both with gazebo with table, chairs, deck chairs and BBQ, where guests can have breakfast or dinner in peace. From the courtyard it is possible to access the shared swimming pool 6x12 measures, equipped with deck chairs and umbrellas (open from June to October). Inside: large living room with sofas, fireplace, satellite TV, free wifi connection; a large fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, vacuum cleaner, table and chairs. The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms (one with a French double bed), a bedroom with two single beds and two bathrooms with toilet and shower. Ample Free parking.

terrific villa in the Tuscan countryside

We had a wonderful time at Lampone Cottage. It's well furnished, great kitchen, very spacious - with amazing views from its many outdoor living areas. The owners were also incredibly helpful - we'd definitely stay here again.

Very nice stay

We had a very nice stay at Lampone! The house was large and clean. There is a very nice view from the house and the pool is large as well. The pool is shared but that was not at problem and sunbeds was reserved for us. We visited lovely Siena which is only around 20 minutes from the House☀️ I can recommend staying at Lampone as we only meet nice people!

Beautiful and peaceful villa

Delightful house and garden with lots of outside space looking out over idyllic Tuscan valley witha pool big enough for a real swim. Our host was helpful and charming. Full marks for every aspect of this accommodation.

Avery nice stay

Giacomo was a very accosting host. We spent little time at the house but it was well equipped and clean. Also a good size for Italy. We did spend early evenings outside under the covered veranda overlooking the countryside. I would highly recommend this house for as many as six people

Nice house near to Sienna

The house was spacious and good equipped. The bathrooms were just renovated and modern. Giacomo and his family were really kind and always willing to help. Our daughter was one day sick and they made a lot of effort to find us a doctor. All in all, we don’t have anything to complain.

COUNTRY LOCATION

This small cluster of apartments is a bit difficult to find if you use GPS. We were unable to locate the apartment and had to disturb neighbors who finally realized where we needed to go. The unit is about 20 minutes outside of Sienna on a windy road that is lovely for views. Once there we found the unit and it was quite comfortable and very clean. The host was helpful and informative about the use of the washing machine (a real blessing) and other mechanical units. The pictures accurately depict the unit we stayed in.

Superbe agriturismo à proximité de Sienne

Tout est parfait pour passer de bonnes vacances. L’accueil et la communication avec Giacomo sont agréable et réactive. La maison est spacieuse, très bien entretenue et équipée. Les espaces extérieurs sont superbes et bien entretenus aussi. La piscine est très agréable et nous y étions souvent seuls pendant le séjour. En 15 minutes vous rejoignez le centre de Sienne, les premiers commerces sont à 10 minutes environs Florence esf a 1h. A recommander sans hésiter.

Toller Urlaub

Ein sehr schönes, sauberes Haus. Toller Pool, der auch von anderen Gästen benutzt werden kann. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Zur Begrüßung gab es selbstgemachte Cantuccini und eine Flasche Wein. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Monteriggioni im Oktober

Wir sind sehr kurzfristig angereist. Trotzdem hat alles super geklappt. Der Vermieter ist nett und bemüht sich. Da noch außergewöhnlich schönes Wetter im Oktober war, wurde der Pool nur für unsere Partei offen gehalten. Die Räume sind ansprechend möbliert, alles sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Das Außengelände mit 2 verschiedenen Sitzplätzen und einer schönen Aussicht hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Gerne wieder!

Schönes Ferienhaus mit kleinen Makeln

Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage nahe Siena. In der Umgebung gibt es einige gute Restaurants, zum Einkaufen muss man in die Stadt fahren (großer Supermarkt gegenüber dem Bahnhof Siena ist in ca. 15 Minuten erreichbar). Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und mit allen wesentlichen Utensilien ausgestattet (Geschirr, Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen, etc.). Im Außenbereich gibt es eine schöne Terrasse und einen kleinen Garten. Der recht große Pool ist gleich hinter dem Haus. In den Suchergebnissen von FeWo-Direkt taucht diese Unterkunft auf, wenn man als Kriterium "Privater Pool" eingibt. Das ist jedoch nicht korrekt, man teilt sich den Pool mit den anderen Gästen des Agriturismo. In der Beschreibung für die Anfahrt findet sich kein Hinweis darauf, dass sich das Ferienhaus auf dem Gelände des Agriturismo tre Madonne befindet (die Bilder vermitteln außerdem den unzutreffenden Eindruck, als gäbe es keine Nachbarn). Wegweiser für das Haus selbst ("Il lampone") sind nicht vorhanden, dadurch mussten wir einige Zeit herumsuchen, bis wir die Unterkunft fanden. Der Besitzer wohnt gleich im Haus nebenan, die Kommunikation war gut und unkompliziert.

Wunderschönes Haus mit Pool

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen und großzügigem Haus mit tollem Aussenbereich und Pool. Der Empfang durch den Gastgeber war sehr herzlich und informativ. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die super ausgestattete Küche und das stabile Wlan. Unsere Kids waren von dem neuen und großem TV begeistert der Netflix fähig ist, also vergesst eure Zugangsdaten nicht. Die Betten waren auch super bequem. Unser Hund fand den riesigen Garten super. Wirklich schön angelegt mit tolller Aussicht und vielen Sitzgelegenheiten. Mille Grazie Giacomo und deinen Eltern, ihr seid tolle Gastgeber ❤️

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Anbei noch 3 Verbesserungsvorschläge: besseres Internet, neue Spülmaschine, neue Dunstabzug und die Tür in der alten Dusche klemmt. Trotzdem immer wieder gerne. Liebevolle und hilfsbereite Gastgeber und tolle Umgebung. LG

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit tollem Pool!

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in dem schönen und geräumigen Haus. Alles ist sehr sauber und im toskanischen Stil eingerichtet. Ein schönes Außengelände mit tollem Pool und diversen Sitzgelegenheiten ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Zur Begrüßung gab es einen leckeren selbstgebackenen Kuchen, und eine Flasche Wein war auch bereits kalt gestellt. Bei Fragen konnten wir uns immer an die sehr netten und aufmerksamen Gastgeber wenden. Den Kindern (10+7) und uns hat der Urlaub sehr gut gefallen!

Lampone 2021

Wir haben im Juli unseren Sommerurlaub hier verbracht! Es war einfach schön! Tolles Haus, superschöne Aussicht, super Pool! Alles sehr gepflegt! Der Pool wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Im Haus war alles was man braucht vorhanden. Zur Begrüßung stand ein frischer Kuchen und eine Flasche Wein bereit. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Alles in allem war das ein Traumurlaub in der wunderschönen Toskana! Das Haus ist uneingeschränkt weiterzuempfehlen!!! Vielen Dank noch einmal an Giacomo und seine Familie für die schöne Zeit!

Great home base for visiting Tuscany hilltop towns

Raspberry cottage is a large place with great accommodations, very comfortable, beautifully decorated and with a fully equipped kitchen that met all our needs. It is in a quiet, rural setting that is half way between Monteriggioni and Siena but far enough removed to be a peaceful and quiet place. We spent several evenings sitting on the back patio listening to birds and gazing at the beautiful countryside . There is a grocery store in Siena about 20 minutes away. The train station and old city are also a 20 minute drive. While there we drove to a Assisi, Orvieto and twice to San Gimignano,. We also drove to Monteriggioni twice and ate at two outstanding restaurants. . A car is necessary as it is located in a very rural area. Our host was wonderful and we had delightful discussions about the area. He was available to answer any questions and help out when needed. This is a great place to use as a homebase for visiting hilltop Tuscan towns. We definitely would stay there again if in the Tuscany region.

Semaine en famille au top!

Maison et hôtes parfaits! Tout est fait pour passer un bon séjour en famille, nous étions avec nos 4 enfants. Situation idéale pour découvrir la Toscane tout en profitant de la maison et de sa piscine! Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse, n’hesitez pas!
