We enjoyed the view of the port and Nice proper in the background. We walked everywhere and took the bus to Villefranche and Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat. The public transportation system is very efficient and inexpensive (1.70 Euro). Very good stay overall!

Breathtaking view!

Well maintained and nicely appointed apartment. Situated conveniently between Nice and Villefranche. Noelle checked us in and out. She was an absolute pleasure. Outside of maybe a new shower head I can't think of anything that would have made the stay better.

Fantastic !!!

As a family, we spent a week of our summer vacation in Nice. We were warmly welcomed by Noelle, who gave us all the information we needed and was also available to answer any questions we had during our stay. It is a great starting point for exploring Nice and also for excursions - e.g. by boat to Monaco or by train to Cannes. Communication with the owner beforehand was also great. We will definitely come back to Nice and would love to spend time in this accommodation again.

Practical apartment with an amazing view.

The apartment had everything that we required. It was quiet, comfortable and walkable from the tram stop at the port. There was an amazing view from the balcony. Bruno was flexible with our arrival time and was easy to communicate with. We were greeted by neighbour Noelle who is absolutely charming and helpful and was determined that we enjoyed our stay. All in all it was a lovely holiday and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much.

Fantastic views and great location

Our second stay here and even after three weeks we did not want to leave.The apartment is well equipped and the large balcony is a great place to eat and drink whilst watching the sunset or the ships and super-yachts in the port below. The charming Nöelle who lives next door met us as we arrived and is on hand to sort out any queries. Buses down into the city or to Monaco and Menton stop directly outside and are regular and cheap. Nice is a fascinating city with great architecture, museums and galleries, more of which can be found in the surrounding towns and villages, most of which can be reached by train or bus. We shall be returning.

Perfect in every way

Perfect in every way! Noelle, who serves as local manager for the owner, was the perfect hostess, orienting us to the apartment, and responsive when we had questions. The apartment is great – small but quite comfortable for 2 – well appointed kitchen, spacious bathroom, and a comfortable bed. The patio is amazing with an incredible view of Nice harbor and the Med, with a retractable awning to provide shade from the afternoon sun. The location couldn’t be better—directly on bus lines serving the lower Corniche towns to the east, and a short walk up the hill for bus lines serving the middle corniche towns. Quiet at night.

Property has a nice balcony with the view, but don't be surprised if you get additional charges after the stay. Very srange that bedlinen is not included in the nightly price as well, so you will be charged for it additionally. Overall, not a very pleasant expierance.

Unmatched views of Nice!

We absolutely LOVED our stay here! The Apartment is clean and has spectacular views! Highly recommend. Also, Noelle, the woman who is the onsite contact is amazing. She really makes you feel right at home! Some things of note: 1. There is a 30 euro fee for rental of linens (towels and bedsheets) that is not listed on Vrbo (as of right now). Apparently it is listed on the other sites this property is on. We were informed of this fee as we neared our trip. Not a huge deal, just important to know. 2. You are not near to the train station, which you will most likely use a lot. It is about a 25 min walk. You do, however, have a bus station right outside the front door. All in all, we LOVED our stay and have nothing but praise for Bruno and also Noelle. Thank you so much!!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!Der Blick vom Balkon ist atemberaubend, die Ausstattung der Wohnung super!Die fussläufige Erreichbarkeit Nizzas ist perfekt und der Pool hat dann für die nötige Abkühlung gesorgt!Der Bus hält direkt vor der Tür!Bruno ist sehr aufmerksam und Noelle ist eine Seele von Mensch, die immer da und erreichbar war und ganz tolle Tipps gegeben hat!Wir können die Unterkunft und Umgebung nur empfehlen!Allein die Straße war teilweise etwas laut,aber da kann man gut drüber hinwegsehen!Danke für alles!Cathrin,Ben und Jens

Hervorragende Unterkunft

Eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung. Wir fanden eine sehr gepflegte Wohnung vor. Die Übergabe verlief unproblematisch und sehr herzlich. Direkte Busanbindung vor der Tür. Der Aussenbereich, das Areal der Pool ist in einem einwandfreien und gepflegtem Zustand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und eine Bäckerei, sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Der Ausblick auf den Hafen von Nizza ist der Wahnsinn!!! Unser Auto war ebenso gut untergebracht. Unsere Nachbarin, die den Schlüssel übergab, war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Sehr gerne können wir die Ferienwohnung empfehlen.

Wonderful stay

My wife and I and our two children (aged 1 and 2) stayed here for 11 nights. It had everything that we needed. The check-in and check-out process was painless. We had the beautiful large balcony to enjoy Nice and the harbour from when the children were asleep. The building has a lift to access the exit and pool. We did not bring a car and the bus stop was directly outside (busses to Monoco/Menton one way and Nice the other way). You can also walk to the harbour within 10-15 minutes. Highly recommended. Thanks for a lovely holiday.
