Excellent accommodation. Grand common rms. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Nice seaside walkways to beaches and restaurants. We rented 2 cars (10 of us) to travel around). We drove to Chinque Terra, Luca, Florence, Sienna. Lovely property, Gazebo, gardens. Super Host (Ciro). - so helpful with local knowledge and beyond.

Most Beautiful Town & Home

Ciro's villa is absolutely stunning, impeccably maintained, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Our group of four adults and four toddlers found the villa to be more than spacious enough to comfortably accommodate us all. Its convenient location offers a short drive or taxi ride to Forte dei Marmi, and there are charming local restaurants and beaches within walking distance. Ciro's hospitality was exceptional; he not only welcomed us warmly but also went above and beyond to help us arrange local babysitters, giving us the opportunity to enjoy some adults-only time. After exploring countless beautiful beaches and towns around the world, we can confidently say that Forte dei Marmi has become our new favorite. We look forward to returning and staying at Ciro’s villa for an extended period. Thank you so much, Ciro!

Property has potential

Overall this property is above European standards.There were minor inconveniences such as plaster falling from ceiling, faulty wall outlets making lamps unuseable, lighting in kitchen was insufficient, poor flushing toilet, slow drainage of water in shower, and no grange pick up. Each bedroom has a private bathroom, however the shower stalls are incredibly small. The living room and each bedroom has its own television but they do not function. WiFi works fine. During our stay the house was being used as storage for excess furniture making certain rooms uncomfortable and un usable. Workman were on the property working quite often. Ciro was very helpful with most of our issues and gave great advice on eateries. I would stay there agin as long as I knew all of the issues were not issues any longer. If you have an extensive checklist as to your expectations and needs for Ciro and if he completes it before you arrive, you will enjoy the villa. All In all we had a very adventurous and enjoyable holiday. Wishing all future renters an enjoyable experience /holiday at The Villa.

I already changed the light in the kitchen and it more strong. gardener comes for work once a week! It should work for your comfort! I am very sorry that he disturbed you! for the comfort of all the guests, I decided to make a bathrooms in every bedroom and this for guests very nice when a big company comes! And all people happy about this) and therefore not all the bathrooms are so big, only a few small! If we talk about the location of the furniture, It was a small dresser in the laundry room near washing machine! I solved this little problem very quickly when you arrived and told me about it!I tried to fulfill all your wishes and I hope you enjoyed 🙏🏽Hope to see you again!
