The location was great with close proximity to shopping, restaurants, and downtown. Everything was well stocked and extremely clean. Great views of the mountains and a peaceful environment allowed us to easily relax and rest. After the snow last night, they cleared the road and the stairs and deck to our place. I would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I loved our stay here. Aida's rentals are always spotless, have a well equipped kitchen, and comfy furniture! The location is also close to Hazelwood and downtown Waynesville. We'll be back at either this location or one of her other vrbo rentals.

Perfect setying

This property is beautifully decorated and very well appointed. My wife was initially put off by the hill getting in, but after she saw it, she loved it. Highly recommended and we will be back.

It was just as described. Great view, clean, well equipped, well maintained and comfortable. Bed was very comfortable. We were in a full sized F150 and when we saw the driveway we were not sure if we could get in and turn around. So got out of the vehicle and walked it to make sure. It was fine.

Door to the Smoky Mountains

Overall great location. Check-in was super smooth. The property is very spacious and has all the amenities one would need. I personally like the indoor fireplace and the view from the balcony is amazing. I would definitely stay here again.

This place is comfortable and in a good location to see Waynesville and surrounding sites. Good resturants in town as well. The bed and Pillows were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. This is our third stay and we love this place.

Beautiful views and charming home

Super clean and equipped with everything you could imagine. We loved this spacious home with Mountain Views. The nearby stream was so peaceful. We enjoyed the shops and restaurants in Waynesville. So thankful we chose Aida's rental and will be returning.

Another excellent stay at Aida's Property

This is our third stay in Waynesville at one of Aida's properties. Everyone of our visits has been excellent. Accomodations are very clean and well appointed. Communication with Aida is great and she is a gracious host. I will not hesitate to stay at one of her properties on my next trip to Waynesville.

While only 5 minutes from downtown Waynesville, the townhome is nestled on a private hillside. Our property offers everything you need to relax, including a quiet atmosphere and all necessary amenities, including linens, a laundry room, fully equipped kitchen, big porch with outdoor dining set and a gas grill. You will love dining on the porch with its scenic view. The comfortable king-size bed in the master bedroom ensures a good night's rest. The guest room has two twin beds. The open concept of the kitchen allows you to spend more time with the family while cooking. The cathedral-style ceiling of the living room makes the whole main floor layout unique. The large windows of the kitchen and the living room offer a great view of Balsam Mountain.
The garage is on the ground level. The living space is upstairs (MUST CLIMB STEPS).
