About this property

Rural family vacation home, with private pool and unobstructed views.

Romualda farmhouse is the vacation home of our family. Located in the Natural Park. Near the beautiful beaches and authentic villages. 10-15 minutes drive to the beaches of Las Negras and Agua Amarga and 10 minute walk from the traditional village of Fernan Perez. It is the perfect base to relax and enjoy nature and the spectacular beaches of Cabo de Gata Natural Park.

The house is completely renovated. Comfortable in summer and winter. It has a private pool, a private patio, free views, private grounds of +8000 m, modern kitchen appliances, TV and WiFi. Everything you need to enjoy a very relaxed holiday.

Romualda farmhouse has 3 + 1 good sized bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

Main house:
• a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom
• a bedroom with two single beds
• a children's room with two single beds
(and two mobile beds for children)

+ 1 Guest room:
• an additional bedroom suite with en-suite bathroom, which is located next to the main house. Designed for additional privacy if several families or couples who use the house.

Its perfekt!

We were there for 14 days with a total of 8 people (2x families). The finca is family-owned and exudes a lot of history. You can tell at every corner that the finca was carefully planned and built. The finca is located a little outside, but is very idyllic and quiet. The garden area is very well maintained and looks wonderfully idyllic with the many palms, trees and plants - if you look closely you can also spot one or two chameleons. The building is also very well maintained inside. We particularly liked the well-equipped kitchen, as many little things such as garbage bags, spices and oils were already there. The kitchen is well equipped and also has two refrigerators and a large freezer compartment. It is also positive that children's toys and accessories for the pool are on site. What's also really nice is that there are plenty of covered seating areas, so you can always find some peace and quiet from the sun. We really enjoyed our time there.

Una casa fantástica

Hemos estado alojadas 2 familias con hijos mayores y hemos disfrutado mucho de nuestra estancia. La casa es muy bonita, con unas estancias amplias y muy cómoda al ser una única planta. Tiene dos zonas exteriores muy cuidadas para poder disfrutarlas. Encontramos todo muy limpio a nuestra llegada y bien equipado. Lo único que echamos en falta en la casa fue algún ventilador más en la zona común. Los propietarios muy amables y atentos con nosotros desde el primer momento hasta el final y muy pendientes de que nuestra estancia resultase lo más agradable posible. La ubicación es muy buena para conocer distintas playas y además está en una zona muy tranquila, donde poder descansar y disfrutar en vacaciones.

Such a lovely place, beautifully restored and has everything you need for a family and more. It was so lovely we will definitely be back! The local town (10-15 mins walking) has a lovely tapas restaurant set in a beautiful little town square where everything you a both tasty and very cheap. The surrounding beaches are amazing, you should definitely explore - some are totally untouched with no facilities and others have everything you need, so you get the best of both worlds! 5 stars

La maison est sympa, avec une décoration personnalisée, on a l'impression que les propriétaires nous laisse leur maison de vacances puisqu'on y retrouve des souvenirs de famille. Ce n'est pas une décoration de magasin ou standard, ce qui change et que nous avons apprécié. Le point que nous avions sans doute mal évalué c'est la distance par rapport aux plages, la maison est vraiment au milieu des champs. Il faut 15 bonnes minutes pour aller aux plages les plus proches.

Excellent property with lots of outdoor space

We had a great time at this property. Everything was spotless when we arrived, and we had everything we needed. The front porch and the patio were phenomenal, and we spent most of the time outside. The front porch had a nice shade in the afternoon and my son loved carrying the pebbles around in his truck. The only minor problem we had was the WIFI did not work when we arrived. It could not be fixed until Monday. It would have been nice to have it checked before check-in, although Adela was extremely responsive to my call and she coordinated the technician to come to fix it.

Hemos pasado unos días muy buenos, debido a que la estancia y el entorno se han ajustado a nuestras expectativas. La casa está en perfectas condiciones y adecuada para ir con niños. Merece mucho la pena ir al restaurante de tapeo en Fernán Perez que nos recomendó Adela.

Une très belle Maison

Une maison bien conçue avec beaucoup de coins différents bien agréables. Une petite piscine mais suffisante pour se rafraîchir et permettre aux enfants de jouer. Des chambres spacieuses avec du rangement et une literie confortable. Une cuisine bien équipée. L’environnement immédiat de la maison n’est pas top car la maison est en mitoyenneté avec deux autres maisons mais finalement cela n’a pas été très dérangeant. Quelques suggestions pour la maison dont l’équipement et la décoration sont très biens. Un grill pain serait un plus dans l’équipement de la cuisine et un ventilateur au plafond dans la pièce principale serait appréciable.Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans une région protégée avec des plages à 25/30’ de voiture très belles

Spacious , beautiful and well equipped villa.

Firstly, the villa is very spacious and extremely well equipped - absolutely everything you need is included. The villa is beautiful inside and out and is very comfortable. All amenities are modern and work perfectly well. The pool area and gardens are lovely and there are some excellent areas to enjoy outdoor dining. The villa is a short drive from Las Negras and Aqua Amarga beaches, which are both fantastic resorts. We felt very comfortable and really at home there right from the off and were really sad to leave. We had a fantastic, peaceful and relaxing holiday at the villa.

This is a beautifully renovated house with an immaculate interior, set in stunning surroundings.

The pictures don't do justice to how amazing this house is. It has everything you'd need and the setting is very special. The morning sun rises to the front of the house over the wild flowers and succulents of the garden and sets behind the mountains which can be seen from the back garden. The back garden feels like an inside outside oasis room where you can relax, eat and cool off in the pool. And there are multiple tables to sit and eat different meals at. Being inside the Cabo de Gata park feels special and the nearby beaches are testament to the areas appeal. We cycled into the mountains and there are amazing routes through old railway lines and up into the hills or the climb up to the observatorys where you feel on top of the whole region. Don't miss tapas at the bar in Fernan Perez which is a short stroll away where your euros seem to stretch a very long way! And thanks to Adela for her restaurant recommendations, La Gallineta is definitely on our repeat visit list. We'd love to come back again and thanks for sharing your beautiful house with us.
