We stayed at this property for about 4 weeks. It’s in a safe area and is easy walking distance to everything we needed. (Restaurants, shopping, fresh food market, pharmacists, etc.). The host was very helpful, professional, and friendly. The apartment was clean, well stocked, and very spacious. It’s very bright and sunny and matches the description. If you have a car, it’s easy to get to many more amazing places within 30 min. We highly recommend this place!

Absolutely brilliant stay at a lovely apartment centrally located to the Old Town and the beaches. 15 mins to station for easy trains to Nice, Monaco and Cannes. Clean well appointed and nicely furnished. Couldn’t have asked any more. I got a Kia Sportage into the Car Park but it was VERY tight!
We stayed 8 nights in this clean, very well equipped, spacious apartment. The location was ideal - very close walking distance to local beaches and the beautiful old town. The property owner was friendly and very helpful in providing some great tips and recommendations for our stay. Antibes is a beautiful place to visit, and we really enjoyed our time there!
The apartment was exactly as described, it is really spacious, stylish and so clean.
We enjoyed early evening people watching from the balcony having a glass of chilled Rose.
The apartment is equipped with everything you will need, beach chairs, parasols etc & the evenings we did stay in and cook the kitchen is really well stocked.
We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.
We enjoyed a wonderful stay here. The apartment was great, modern, spacious and comfortable, well equipped and great position in Antibes for beaches, shops, train and bus stations. The building is secure and well looked after by the concierge who we spoke to most mornings. Useful comprehensive information was supplied by the owners before our stay, and we received great and very quick support from Heather, from the property management company for a couple of problems. We loved our stay, thank you.
This apartment is the utmost when staying in Antibes. A five minute walk to the ramparts, old town and the Marche Provençal. Well furnished and well maintained! The only drawback was no English television such as BBC or maybe CNN.
This would be the only place we would return to, and we have already recommended it to others!
We had a lovely time on our holiday. The flat is in a great location, easy to access the ramparts, the old town and beaches. Particularly useful for us were the very nearby playground (with cafe overlooking) and proximity to pointe de l'Îlette, ponteil & salis beaches. Kids loved going to the nearby boulangerie in the morning. Very easy to get to Juan Les Pins too - walk or bus. The flat is very nicely decorated and the owners tips & recommendations were very well received. The access to public transport from here was also very good. Buses to the cap and the train station, and very easy to get across the Cote d'Azur on the train.
Admirable design selections throughout: furniture, furnishings, wall hangings, ornaments, every detail, quite unusual. Comfortable and enjoyable. Clean, all in excellent condition, well supplied.
The location is in the center which provides many dining opportunities and access to the old city, grocers and general shops, without being noisy. Many seaside walks beginning a block away.
Recommend very highly.
This was an excellent venue, perfect location, lovely apartment with everything you could want. Close to the Old Town and also the beach with local shops and supermarkets close by.
The air conditioning was however not satisfactory. The apartment got unbearably hot. This apartment would be great for people at the cooler periods of the year, but not in high summer.
If traffic noise worries you then it was also quite noisy.

We're sorry to hear of this problem. We do everything possible to make sure the aircon system is working properly - it was serviced and confirmed to be in working order at the end of March. But it does have to be used properly, as we explain in the guide to the apartment which we send out before the start of each tenancy.
Like many modern buildings the apartment has two airflow systems. One draws in fresh air through vents above the windows. The other is the aircon system which is controlled centrally for the building as a whole. The aircon system recirculates the air and cools it. The double-glazed windows must be closed (which means that you are not disturbed by traffic noise) for the aircon to function properly. The systems will then maintain fresh air at a steady temperature of no more than 21 degrees, depending on the setting. It also helps to follow the standard practice in the South of closing the windows and electric shutters when you leave the apartment during the day. The aircon is not effective if you leave the windows and shutters open.

Perfect in so many ways!
Our experience was the same as the others who reviewed this apartment: lovely, bright, well-equipped, comfortable, well located. I will add some of our favorite features: 1) On Thursday mornings there is a street market along Rue Albert 1er where vendors sell clothing, jewelry, hats, bags, shoes, cosmetics, and just about everything else! It’s fun for shopping and people-watching. 2) Although the flat faces south and east and is very bright, there are excellent shades that create a very dark sleeping environment. 3) Only steps from a bistro facing the sea called Le Phenicia which serves fabulous Libanese Lemonade (virgin or with a shot of your favorite spirit).
I would stay here again and recommend it to friends.
We have stayed in Antibes twice before, so know the area well. The flat is in a very good location between the main beech and a cove beech. Both of which are good. There are shops near by and the old town is a small walk away. There is a good fish restaurant at the bottom of the road (book as it is busy) and an Italian on the opposite if you don’t want to walk 10 mins into the busy old town. The flat is exactly like the pictures. Has everything you would need. The only minor issue we had was the air con fault which was fixed quickly. We will use the flat again, which says it all really. Made for a very nice holiday; thanks :)
Overall, the flat was okay. Not that good was: (1) the floor was so dirty that if you walked barefoot, you had black feet after one minute. That is just disgusting. (2) the cupboard in the bathroom (without a window) smelled so strongly of mould that you couldn't put anything down there. (3) the patio chairs and table were so dirty that you had to clean them thoroughly before using them. (4) the underground car park is an absolute disaster; any vehicle larger than a VW Golf or similar will not fit in there (this was communicated, but worse than we expected).

We're sorry that you didn't enjoy your stay in our apartment and that the weather was appalling during your stay. However, we think you are unnecessarily exaggerating the issues.
During the many years we have been letting out the apartment we have never had an issue or complaint about cleanliness. The patio furniture needs to be wiped down occasionally, especially after rain or high winds which drive dust and residue onto the furniture – this could happen within a few hours. The smell from the cupboard under the washbasin in the bathroom will be investigated; it is definitely not mould as this would be evident elsewhere in the bathroom and it is not. Again we have had no complaints before. I have spoken to our agent in Antibes and she said you did not mention any of these issues to her at your stay, if you had it would have been rectified immediately. We do make it clear, as you admit, in the advertisement that the car park is tight. All the underground car parks in Antibes have been built to the same regulations. The problem is that cars are now much bigger than they used to be.
This was our second visit to Antibes but our first to this apartment which was just perfect. The location is first class - within walking distance of all the main attractions and a host of fabulous restaurants and lovely beaches. The apartment is really spacious and comfortable with lots of homely extras including a shopping trolley bag which came in very useful for supermarket trips! The beds were really comfortable and the blackout shutters meant we slept really well. The view from the kitchen table is just gorgeous - a sea view in two directions - heaven! The kitchen itself was superbly equipped although we only cooked once during our stay as there are so many fine restaurants so close by. It was lovely to come back for lunch each day though as it was air conditioned and provided a welcome break from the intense heat on the beach. The owners were absolutely excellent to communicate with from the outset - their information pack prior to arrival covered all the detail we needed including instructions on how to use the various appliances, restaurant recommendations and guidance on the car park. Their advice re the car park was extremely helpful as it is a very tight space and anything bigger than a mid-size vehicle would struggle. Overall, it is a very welcoming and comfortable apartment in the best possible location and we would definitely love to return. Thank you for letting us stay.
Der Aufenthalt war prima. Der Check-in war sehr unkompliziert und ging schnell. Besonders gefreut hat uns die gute Küchenausstattung. Wir haben viel selbst gekocht.
Prettig en schoon appartement met leuk klein balkonnetje met mooi uitzicht. Ideaal voor als je van de reuring van de stad houdt en ook dichtbij zee wilt zitten.
En välutrustad lägenhet som hade det mesta man behöver.Lägenheten ligger bra till, det är cirka fem minuters promenad till stranden och drygt 5 minuter till gamla stan. Snabb respons från Kristina när man ville ha kontakt.

Apparemment à Antibes
Apparemment formidable, très propre et bien situé. Bon rapport qualité prix. Garage difficile d’accès, au quatrième sous-sol, nécessaire d’avoir une très très petite voiture. Avons dû garer notre voiture dans un parking situé à proximité à la plage Porteiil, à quelques minutes de marche. Cétait gratuit.
We were in the flat for the second time and enjoyed it for the second time. Conclusion: Everything was perfect and everything was very uncomplicated. We can recommend the flat with full conviction and without exception.
Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in der Wohnung und haben sie auch zum zweiten Mal genossen. Fazit: Alles war perfekt und alles war sehr unkompliziert. Wir können die Wohnung mit voller Überzeugung und ohne Ausnahme weiterempfehlen.

The flat is ideally located. Everything is in the immediate surroundings and can be reached on foot in a few minutes. The flat is very clean and well maintained, tastefully furnished and fully equipped. There is really nothing missing. This is especially true for the kitchen equipment. Hobby cooks will have a lot of fun here. The flat is located in a very well-kept, quiet and safe complex. We enjoyed our time here.
We will definitely come back next year.
