It is located in the center of the commercial area, next to the tourist area.
You can enjoy spacious rooms, terraces and relax in comfortable beds.

At night it is a quiet area and it rests well, so please do not make noise that could disturb the neighbors.
The house has 3 floors, plus the ground floor for bicycles.

Fantastic place to stay, perfect for our 3 generations of family

The house was everything we had hoped it would be and more, it had so many extras I couldn’t list them all, beach towels , beach inflatables, bikes, the kitchen had every utensil you could think of, a nice big oven and hob, we cooked our evening meals for our family of 7 and it was a pleasure to do this, on top of all of this the house is minutes from the beach and the Main Street in Calella

We were very happy with our stay at this property. Check in was easy. The location was great, as we were right in town next to the stores and restaurants and close to the beach. Also an easy walk to the train station. I would recommend this property.

We had the best time ever during our stay in Calella. Miguel's house was a perfect fit for our family. Very well equipped. Had everything we needed and more. Edgar and his partner were very accommodating and kind to all of us. Will gladly repeat the experience! And will refer this location to my friends.

Excellent place to stay

Extremely good experience. Our flight was delayed and we didn't arrive at the property until well after midnight. Edgar was there to meet us,very welcoming even though we were many hours late. Plenty of space and well equipped. The basement was a bonus with table tennis, pool table and fussball and many other games. We would love to return!

Haus bereits zum zweiten Mal gebuchtMehr als ausreichend Platz, alle Schlafzimmer verfügen über Klimaanlage. Ausstattung des Hauses super, es fehlt an nichts. Lage absolut top, 5 Minuten Fußweg zum Strand, mehrere gute Restaurants auch keine 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Ebenso diverse kleine Lebensmittelläden und ein Supermarkt. Alles wat je kunt bedenken is aanwezig, kruiden, wc-papier, flessen water, toiletartikelen, handdoeken, echt alles!Locatie perfect in het centrum, 5 min lopen naar het strand, echt top!Inchecken ging prima, van tevoren heb je contact over de aankomsttijd en krijg je de rondleiding en sleutels (3 stuks, ideaal!)

Check in problemlos in 5 Minuten erledigt Ausstattung des Hauses lässt keine Wünsche übrig Alle Schlafzimmer verfügen über Aircon Traumhafte, große Terasse Weg zum Strand 5 Minuten, der Weg in die Fußgängerzone 2 Minuten Restaurants in unzähliger Auswahl alle zu Fuß zu erreichen Winziger Manko: der Parkplatz im Haus ist nur mit sehr kleinen Autos nutzbar, aber am Strand ist immer ein Parkplatz frei Insgesamt Note 1

Maison super et hôte charmant

Mit einemTeenager und zwei Kindern Entspannung erleben

Das Haus hat all unsere Wünsche erfüllt, bzw übertroffen. Der Partyraum im Erdgeschoss war ausgesprochen beliebt bei unseren drei Söhnen. Von Tischtennis über Billard bis zum Kicker wurde alles genutzt. Es gab auch eine Dartscheibe. Auf der ersten Etage war das gut ausgestattete Wohnzimmer und die Küche (kleiner Minuspunkt: keine Spülmaschine und kein Toaster). Die vier Schlafzimmer, drei Bäder und drei Dachterrassen bieten viel Privatsphäre. Falls es von einem Raum aus keinen Zugang zur Dachterrasse gibt, gibt es einen Balkon. Handtücher und Strandtücher sind vorhanden, Waschmaschine und Leinen auch. In die Garage im Haus passt höchstens ein Golf (ohne Dachbox). Es gibt einen öffentlichen Parkplatz (5 Min. Fußweg) für 2,60 € täglich (Stand Juni 2022).

Super große Ferienwohnung, gut eingerichtet, Klimaanlage in allen wichtigen Räumen, problemloser Check in und Out. Zentrale Lage und trotzdem ruhig. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen. P.S. Garage sollte man in jedem Fall mit buchen, man muss aber etwas rangieren können

Most Ideal Location

My expectations of the property were exceeded. It was clean and everything worked great! The location is ideal where there was a 5-7 minute walk to the beach area and equally convenient was the 10-15 minute walk to the train station which we used to go to Barcelona twice.

Nice stay in Calella

The house was all that we expected and we really enjoyed our stay, especially the terrace where we spent most evenings barbecuing. The location is very good with the beach and shops on a short walking distance. We also want to highlight the welcoming we got from Miquel despite several hours late arrival, thank you. Nice place to enjoy quiety, sea, sun and historic architecture

The house is really in the very central part of Calella close both to Central square and Cathedral, but at the same time to shopping streets and hotels, though itself located in a quiet area. The beach is 2 minutes walk from the house, small shops are all right here, supermarkets just round the corner. The weekly street market is on Saturday which is around 10 mins walk. Train station is also not farther then 10 minutes walk. There is a promenade right next to the beach for those who run or bike is a great advantage of your stay, beside all the nice views around. Nice hosts who are there at your disposal within 5 mins after you call. Even at a very hot period of time air conditioning is working perfectly and it's cool inside. Town parking is paid, but if you are lucky you may use the beach parking which is free. the house itself is a 4-storey building, so if you have little kids, it may be not that convenient... for us (kids of 12, 9 and 5) it was just perfect. a place we want to come back one day!
