Fully furnished large studio located in Alexandria VA, minutes to Washington DC,and Old Town Alexandria. Located close to Pentagon & Alexandria hospital making a great short or long term rental for Pentagon employees or travel nurses. The studio has a balcony that has a view of the pool and park across the way while you enjoy coffee from the balcony. The building has a front desk, pool, gym, bike room & Amazon delivery boxes. The monthly rent includes all utilities WiFi tv Roku streaming service linens pot pans dishes iron & board also included is parking. I offer a discount for military nurses teachers. There is a 200.00 move in fee that condo office will collect at time of move in.

This Studio is a short drive or taxi from the airport. Its great to be so close to DC,
and to take in sights. This is a great place to stay. Its your home away from home.
