It is also a lively view with sailing vessels - large and small, jest skis, water taxis abundant and heading towards Castries harbour. Then as the sun-sets another fantastic treat awaits for your uninterrupted view of this every dusk. And at night the view doesn't end as Castries lights up and your twinkling cityscape begins. On one of the prettiest Islands in the Caribbean, there isn't just the sea and sand to enjoy but also numerous excursions by land and sea available. A must has got to be by pirate ship or catamaran or private charter or even by land a trip to the world heritage Piton mountains to the south. Whilst in the area, take a trip to the Volcano which isn't as scary as it sounds - everything dangerous is cordoned off but you will experience something out of this world as you lean over the bubbling lava just inhale - wow ! For those who are into health, do visit the natural warm/hot spring waters of the "Sulpher Spring Baths" where you can either immerse yourself in the privacy of your own secluded fresh water plunge pool or swim in the naturally heated warm open air pool or just look at this lovely water falls around - they are all warm to hot water. Go visit the authentic Hotel Chocolat plantation and enjoy chocolate the old fashioned way. Or for those nature lovers zip -lining through the rain forest is exciting. All these attractions you can drive yourself to and it takes about 1.5 hours to get to any of them or hire a taxi and be chauffeured and guided around. You can arrange this privately or we can arrange on your behalf if you prefer. Closer to the Villa which is on the North of the island, there are an abundance of shops, bars, a couple of night clubs and multiple restaurants which either have the cool beach vibe or a more gourmet feel - my favourites though are always on the beach or with a sea or lagoon view. But for the most convenient of all is the Spa, Beach and Hotel all a couple minutes walk away from the Villa. The Hotel allows you to use their facilities for $20US per person per day - really good value I think.
