About this property
LUXURY HISTORIC HOUSE & EXCLUSIVE TERRACE. Live the Village, Live on the Sea!
THE HOUSE:
The historical value of the house and the location in the heart of the village surrounded by the sea make it live an authentic and fascinating experience ..
Outside there is a quiet and exclusive terrace surrounded by stone boulders, that is an open-air living space which is a rarity in the medieval historical centers.
The interiors (about 75 square meters) are well distributed on one floor: Double bedroom, bathroom, living room with double sofa bed and in addition a pouf-bed, kitchen with large dining table for 6/8 seats, closet.
The interior spaces are spacious and the exterior spaces are a rarity in which to relax to breathe history and a healthy sea breeze. It is also possible to take advantage of a laundry and bicycle storage area and underneath the house (Ground Floor).
POSITION:
50 steps from the Cathedral overlooking the rocks overlooking the sea, giving fantastic sunsets.
The sea is accessed through a fascinating walk along the medieval walls (or the ancient route from the Sentinelle) that leads, with the crossing of the Ponte Levatoio, to the cliff on the Sea of "Guddinaccia" characterized by magnificent colors Cobalt Blue and Smeraldo.
BEACHES:
The beaches of the Borgo Nuovo di Castelsardo can be reached on foot in a few minutes. The historic center of the medieval fortress of Castelsardo is visited a lot throughout the year but immersing oneself in its life, narrow streets, inhabitants, crafts and traditions is a privilege for the few.
In the district of the historic center you can breathe an air made special by simple and hospitable people, ancient crafts, shops, millennial traditions and Christian rites that give emotions of a "real journey" that goes beyond the beauties of the sea.
The sea below assumes magnificent cobalt blue and emerald colors and can be reached via an ancient walking path. The beaches of the new village can always be reached on foot in a few minutes.
To eat there are countless restaurants a few steps from the house or in the beautiful veranda of the Blue House, you can prepare local delights of land and fish purchased directly from the vegetable, the fisherman, the producer of fresh pasta etc.
CASTELSARDO is a medieval fortress that stands on a promontory on the sea dominated by the Doria castle. A village of houses and alleys known as one of the most beautiful villages in Italy that stretch down and meet with the magnificent Cathedral of St. Antonio Abate, overlooking the sea, overlooking the Gulf of Asinara.
KITCHEN: The art of cooking the genuine products of the sea and the land characterize the village of Castelsardo. To eat? You are spoiled for choice with over 80 restaurants where you can eat well the authentic flavors of Sardinian cuisine combined with excellent local wines that offer a unique emotional experience.
NATURE AND SEA: The north coast of Sardinia shows an immense expanse of uncontaminated landscapes and beaches with a breathtaking view of the sea and a rare concentration of historic villages.
There is always a free beach even in August and tropical scenes among the most beautiful in Italy.
HOW TO MOVE:
The location is strategic to reach the most famous beaches of northern Sardinia of Lu Bagnu, Valledoria, Badesi, Isola Rossa and Costa Paradiso. At the center of the north coast of the island is ideal for day trips to Santa Teresa di Gallura, Maddalena Archipelago, Stintino, Alghero and Porto Cervo.
The use of the machine is recommended to reach them or alternatively public means, even if less efficient.
