Fully refurbished, all renovated.Two bedroom spectacular apartment, 700 meters from the Ericeira beach, 800 meters from the center of Ericeira, Complete Atlantic sea views, Large open privacy terrace, Top floor flat, Shared swimming pool with garden around. 40 minutes drive from Lisbon.The beautiful coast of Ericeira with a strong iodized climate offers gentle summers and mild winters. More than a dozen beaches including, Ribeira de Ilhas, which as become internationally one of the best surfing beaches in Europe, offers to the tourists a wide range of quiet places and scenarios. Traditionally a place of fishermen and sailors, offers a lot of good restaurants with seafood, bars, night clubs and shops.Tennis is nearby. Sintra, Cascais and Estoril are very well know towns about 20 Km. Obidos town also makes almost essential viewing from a holiday in Ericeira, Portugal. Surf details: More than a dozen beaches including, Ribeira de Ilhas, which as become internationally one of the best surfing beaches in the whole of Europe, offers to the tourists a wide range of quiet places and scenarios. If you are looking for the best rollers in Europe go to Ribeira de Ilhas beach.
Ericeira, with the beach regularly used for body boarding, skim boarding and beach-volleyball, as well as a base for scuba diving, deep sea fishing, water skiing and windsurfing expeditions.

Gastronomy: A wide choice of good restaurants with traditional and seafood are available at the down town of Ericeira. Some of the best restaurants outside Lisbon are found in Ericeira, and the views from the hillside establishments are absolutely fantastic, especially as the sun sets over the horizon, lighting the sky with a wonderful orange hue.

The beautiful National Park and Palace of Mafra offering visitors some magnificent walking, mountain biking and horse riding trails. We recommend car hire to explore this lovely area.

Great apartment

We had a lovely holiday. The apartment had everything we needed. The views of the sea and sunsets were amazing. It was an easy walk into the town centre and to both the beaches that were close by. We had fun in the communal pool and playing table tennis. The host was really quick to respond to any messages. Thank you for our holiday!

Tolle Lage mit Blick auf das Meer

Hervorragender Urlaub im Herbst an der Atlantikküste ( ca. 45 Minuten von Lissabon entfernt). Günstiger Lage für Ausflüge in die Umgebung - Lissabon, Sintra, Mafra, Obidos, Peniche, Nazare, Cascais.... In Ericeira ist alles vorhanden..... Restaurtants, Bars, mehrere Strände, Einkaufsmärkte, Tankstelle, Surfschulen....

Wir haben zwei sehr, sehr schöne Wochen in der Wohnung verbracht. Es hat in der Wohnung an nichts gefehlt. In der FeWo und in der Anlage war alles so (gut) wie beschrieben, bzw. wie man es auf den Bildern erkennen kann. Besonders die Dachterrasse hat uns gefallen, man hat von dort einen wunderbaren Blick auf das Meer. Tolle Ausflüge haben wir gemacht nach Sintra, Lissabon, Obidos, Peniche und den Stränden in der Umgebung. Diese Ziele waren alle recht schnell zu erreichen von Ericiera aus. Herzlichen Dank an unseren Vermieter Ramiro. Er war jederzeit erreichbar und immer sehr freundlich.

Die Wohnung war genau so schön wie auf der Beschreibung; der Vermieter Ramiro hat sich mit uns in Verbindung gesetzt, den Code der Eingangstür mitgeteilt und immer wieder nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung sei. Komplett Ausstattung: Küche mit Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Waschmaschine; im Wohnzimmer ein Pellet-Ofen, der bei den kalten Temperaturen in diesem Jahr (nachts bis auf 8 Grad, tagsüber nur bei Sonne warm) angestellt wurde, und eine gemütliche Wären verbreitete sich in der Wohnung. Wir können das Appartement nur empfehlen.

Traum-Appartement

Wir waren begeistert vom Zustand und der Aussatttung unseres Appartements, das einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer geboten hat und dessen riesige Sonnenterrasse von morgens bis abends zum Sonnenbad einlud. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war modern und funktional und doch von liebevoller Hand in Szene gesetzt. Die Wohnung war super gepflegt und sauber, alle nur erdenklichen Geräte waren vorhanden - von der Microwelle über Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine war alles vorhanden, das Gleiche gilt für die Terrasse: Liegen mit Auflagen, ein Grill, Balkonstühle und Tische, da blieb wirklich kein Wunsch offen. Probleme unseres Mietwagen-Navis mit der Wegfindung hat der freundliche und ausgesprochen sympathische Vermieter kurzerhand aus dem Weg geräumt, indem er unsere entnervten Seelen im Fast-Schon- Dunklen am Wegesrand aufgesammlet und persönlich in der Wohnung abgeliefert hat - Nochmals ganz herzlichen Dank dafür.

We had a great time at Ericeira. The apartment was neat and very well equipped. Ramiro was very helpful and very quick with answering our questions. Our kids liked the pool and the table tennis. The place is highly recommended

Perfect Location

We stayed here for just over a week with our 4 children aged 6, 9, 10 & 13. It suited us perfectly, there was plenty of room for us all, beds were comfy, and the kitchen had everything you would ever need. it was a real home away from home. Our kids loved the swimming pool, the garden area around the pool was well maintained and comfortable to pass time there as the kids swam.. We didn't hire a car and didn't a need to as the beach bus stops right outside the gate (in either direction) or it was a very pleasant, safe walk to the centre of Ericeira (20mins).. Likewise In the other direction a 20min walk brought us to Foz Do Lizandro beach, which had something for everybody, , swimming surfing, skateboard hire, restaurants.. From the apartment it was only a ten minute walk to South Beach, which (as we discovered on our second last day) has a lovely walkway along the beach to the town centre. We all had a very enjoyable holiday here and would return.

Great apartment with amazing views of the sunset

Our family had a wonderful stay in Ericeira. The apartment was perfect for us and the location was just a short stroll into town where we had some amazing meals which were exceptional value. The amenities at the apartment were great and the apartment had a really nice feel to it which made you feel very much at home. Mr Silva was most helpful and gave us some great advice on places to visit. We hired a car so we were able to explore the surrounding areas and fabulous beaches and we visited the beautiful towns of Sintra and Cascais. We spent a day in Lisbon which was fantastic with so many amazing places to visit including the palace and castle and not forgetting the wonderful shopping areas and of course the Benfica football stadium. We would definitely recommend the apartment. Our children 11 and 13 loved playing table tennis and they had great fun playing in the pool. Ericeira is a lovely place and we had a great week and would love to return sometime.

Ericeira Oceanview Apartment

My wife and I arranged for a stay at this apartment and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The view from the apartment and balcony is pure ocean and the location is perfectly located just south (and walkable) of Ericeira town. The village of Ericeira is full of charm and warmth, with great seafood, pastries and coastal walkways. The Owner was very nice and great to work with, from our email communications to our face-to-face interactions. In fact we had such a great time that we extended our stay (we were fortunate that the apartment happened to be available). Regardless of where you are from, if you want a relaxing holiday in coastal Portugal with access to Lisbon, Sintra, Obidos, Peniche, Mafra and even Nazare, this apartment will not disappoint you. However, you could very easily, and wisely, spend all your time enjoying Ericeira and its blessed coastline. We felt very much at home in the apartment, and also in the village of Ericeira, where we made some great friends that will ensure our return All the property info and descriptions are accurate, my main recommendation is to give yourself as much time here as possible. Very nice apartment

We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment is very well equipped with everything you need. Weekly cleaning included (incl. change of bedclothes and towels). It has a great roof terrace with a wonderfull ocean view (also well equipped). The owner is very friendly and very helpful. Also the booking was very easy and without any difficulty. The apartment is very good situated. It takes only a few minutes to walk to the center of ericeira and to the next beaches. We can highly recommend staying here and would definitely like to go back one day!

First of all we would like to thank the owner for such a great welcome. Starting from booking procedures everything was done fast and well. The owner did everything for us as we had some special requests like highchair for baby, internet for us, welcome pack due to our very late arrival etc The apartment is set in a comfortable condominium about 10 mins walk till Ericeira downtown. There is an underground parking, a large pool in the yard and a ping pong table. The apartment is situated on the top floor with fantastic, spectacular view to the ocean. By the way, it's the flat with the best possible position we've ever met. All the windows (and there are many windows) face 3 directions: to the east with the sunrise, to the south with the sun during the day and to the west with amazing sunsets into the ocean. So, ther's always a lot of light. The flat is extremely clean, has many nice details in the interior. You have all you need for a comfortable stay even with a small baby. All the gadgets, like heaters, dishwasher etc are in working condition. Ericeira itself is a very nice town with relaxing atmosphere and good access by car to the major attractions (Sintra, Capo da roca, Mafra, Lisbon). There are lot of beaches around. The nearest one to the the apartment is only 5 mins walk. I could add that this apartment is suitable even for those, who do not use a car. Bus from Lisbon takes about 1 hour, Ericeira is not so large so we crossed the whole town daily. The nearest foodstore is 15 mins walk, the nearest cafe with a good buffet is only 5 mins walk. We really recommend this apartment to everyone thanks to it's perfect value for money, very good condition, ideal location and very nice owner.

Two Great Weeks in Ericeira and environs!

My husband and I spent two great weeks in this Ericeira Apartment. It is situated less than 1 km from Ericeira's centre and in a splendid location, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The sunsets are awe-inspiring and we could not put our camera down just to catch the magic moments of the setting sun. The apartment is very tastefully decorated and it is like a "home away from home"! After a difficult week in London, looking after family affairs, this was the respite we both desperately needed. Ericeira is a great centre to travel around this gorgeous part of rural Portugal. Great food, lovely countryside, easy to drive around great sights such as Mafra and its wondrous Convent and Baroque Church. Fantastic beaches. Sintra only about 30 minutes or so away, by car. Even for those who, like me, are passionate about Roman History, there is even a "dig" and villa nearby! Should you decide to visit Lisbon, it is only a mere 50 minute or less trip down the freeway by air conditioned coach (Mafrense Coach Company). We lacked the courage to tacke the Lisbon traffic! Mr Silva is your typical helpful, friendly Portuguese host. Should we return to Portugal again, we certainly will consider Ericeira and this great apartment.

A magical place

All the superlative reviews from previous visitors were absolutely accurate. We couldn't believe our luck - a comfortable, well appointed and spotlessly clean appartment with fantastic views over the Atlantic to view from windows and a large roof terrace. (Might worry about the safety of young children on the terrace) Even the hot water was sufficient for a series of four showers (despite causing difficulties for another reviewer) - it simply is that time is needed to let the hot water travel from the boiler! The owner was charming and helpful - he clearly took a pride in his property and in the area. He genuinely wanted his visitors to enjoy their stay. We were there at the end of October - we had fantastic hot sun and blue skies more often than not and appreciated the fact that the condominium and the area were relatively empty and peaceful. Some of us tried the swimming pool and swam in the sea, but both were challenging because of water temperature and sadly it was not repeated! The pool, beaches and the sea are beautifully clean. Many of the restaurants in Ericeira are great - try the fish, of course, and the Portugese wine! Our week flashed past - we'd go back like a shot.

Great appartment with excellent view at Ericeira

We stayed at this apartment last month. The apartment is very well provided with everything you need. Inside and outside you have a wonderful sea-view. The bathroom is big and has a bath. The beds are good and it's silent at night. The apartment is located on the top-floor and has a big terrace with sun and a great view over the sea. From the terrace you can also see the swimming-pool, so it's perfect when you have kids. We met the owner and he is very kind. He wants his guests to have a great, relaxing holiday and you will feel very welcome in the apartment. There is also a book in the apartment with a lot of (practical) information. There is a lot you can do in and around Ericeira, great trips, shopping, eating and relaxing. We had a wonderful holiday, very relaxed and we definitely are going back to this apartment.

THE BEST VIEW IN ERICEIRA

Look no further - this was a great apartment! Plenty of space for four people - great views and a magnificent roof terrace with barbeque, sun loungers and privacy. Two spacious bedrooms, kitchen with everything you need for a holiday and a comfortable lounge. The property is located close to Foz do Lizandro - the best beach in the area. The tide forms a natural pool hence the beach is suitable for small kids as well. Plenty of bars by the beach with good food - Na Onda is great for lunch. Ericeira is a 15 minutes walk away - a great village with brilliant restaurants. Our favourites; Prim, Toca do Caboz, Tik Tak, Bar do Algodio, Sul, Pinta and cafe Central. Very friendly owner - we had absolutely no problems with anything. Weekly cleaning and change of sheets was included in the price.We have spent several summers in Ericeira and this is the best apartment we have stayed in.
