Gorgeous, new to the holiday let market and finished to a high standard this villa really does offer everything for a perfect self-catering break.

There are two lounge areas, the first is open plan with two red leather sofas, large flat screen TV with UK channels available and French doors leading out to the pool area. The kitchen is situated at the back of the lounge and has a breakfast bar seating 4 guests and everything you might need for a self-catering break including slim-line dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, hob and oven. There is also access to a washing machine.

Just past the kitchen is a further lounge/dining area with a huge leather corner sofa, further TV, dining area and coin operated air conditioning, there is also a sofa bed in this room for an additional guest if need be, this area also benefits from conditioning.

The villa offers two bedrooms both air conditioned, the master has a king size bed, plenty of wardrobe space, patio doors to the pool area and an en-suite bathroom with shower over bath. The second bedroom is a twin again with plenty of wardrobe space and overlooks the pool. There is a further family bathroom with walk-in shower. This villa has been adapted for an active wheelchair user and there is WiFi included in the price.

The exterior of this villa is very impressive, with a spacious and sunny feel, just outside the French doors is a further rattan seating area and the outside dining table and chairs are set under the shaded pergola. The jacuzzi is in a quiet corner of the garden, 7.5 x 3.5 meter, electrically heated pool is at the other side of the lawned garden and BBQ The pool has electric heating included in the price from November through until the end of April.

All in all a great spot for a quiet get-away and a wonderful place to make some holiday memories.
