Villa Vispera is a luxury detached 3 bedroom villa in the sought after central Tias village location, only 6 minutes drive from the airport, set in tranquil surroundings with a beautiful South facing private heated pool not overlooked. Lovely panoramic sea and mountain views. Providing secure, modern, clean and spacious accommodation with a tourist license that sleeps 6 people in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (Master En suite). There is a large lounge - diner, outside covered veranda for alfresco dining, kitchen and utility room, Set in a secluded Cul de sac with off road parking, driveway for two vehicles and a front garden.

Villa Vispera has all the self catering amenities provided for your stay which includes Fridge / Freezer, cooker, hob, micro wave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, utility drying room, Iron, hair dryer, Free WIFI signal, IPTV 55" Flat screen (4k), 192 Channels (British, Irish), all the soaps, kids channels, BEIN Sports, (Premier League), SKY, music channels, Film club, air con metered not for profit. On request child's cot and high chair.

The villa has a covered veranda terrace and outside patio pool areas, for alfresco dining or barbeques. An unusually large 60 square meter heated swimming pool with roman steps access, pool shower, gardens, barbeques - games area, pool table, 6 sunbeds and garden furniture's.

Tias village offers a host of local amenities for you with Supermarkets, golf course, ATMs, local shops, service station, pharmacy, restaurants, Tapas bars, bakery, banks, taxis and buses, all within walking distance of Villa Vispera. The choice and options are many to suit all tastes and requirements.

Villa Vispera is only 5 minutes drive by car, bus or by taxi to the main resort and beaches of Puerto Del Carmen. Or 2 minutes to the 18 Hole golf course and driving range. Taxis (cabs or minibus) are plentiful for that big night out or big shop. The need to hire a car is guest optional, depending if you wish to explore the island or stay local. However if you don't drive or don`t wish to, its not a concern, there is a 1/2 hourly bus service 7 days a week into the main resort of Puerto Del Carmen with all its many amenities, attractions and three golden beaches water sports and scuba diving. Therefore, the best of both worlds because Villa Vispera is located centrally to the island and the village of Tias, making it your ideal holiday choice for all the tourist attractions or that getaway from it all private villa stay. Suitable for all tastes. Couple(s), families, honeymooner's, anniversaries. No stags, Hens or Events.

Beautiful villa. Lovely view. Tias is a quiet Spanish town. Only a few minutes walk away there is a great hiperdino, an amazing bakery and a few really nice restaurants. It’s nice and central on the island so not too far to drive anywhere. Puerto del carmen in 6 minute drive. We had a few hiccups with the internet and heat of the pool but they were sorted out immediately. We would stay again.

It was a lovely property, in a quiet area with reasonable access to the surrounding areas. Local roads a little 'iiffy' but main roads excellent. W-Fi not very reliable and non existent on arrival. Quickly fixed next day.

Hi Gordon, Thank you, I was the previous guest in the Villa and the internet failed. I had the engineer to it immediately as I was aware of your impending visit and they stated fixed once they had ran their diagnostics. However this was not the case and I requested via the Property manager to have the company director attend. Which he did for your case and found the fault namely a loose connection inside the router. I do apologize for any inconvenience as we know the tvs in Lanza and the Canaries are predominantly reliant on streaming due to no satellite for that region. The three stars is a fault on the VRBO benchmarking as in your case I clicked 5 stars and only three highlighted unintentional and not a true reflection of your wonderful feedback which incidentally I cannot see it until after I have submitted the the star feedback first . Absolutely beautiful villa

Villa vispera is one of the best we have stayed in over 20 years visiting Lanzarote. The villa is a great size with everything you could need.The outside area and swimming pool are something special too and pool table an added bonus.Looking forward to visiting again soon.

Had an amazing time at the villa from the moment we got there, we all felt so relaxed, it was like a home from home. The villa is decorated to a very high spec and has everything you need for your stay there. The outside area and pool were fantastic and very spacious, the pool table and bbq excellent. Tias is a lovely place and not too busy. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here and hope to return.

Second visit to Villa Vispera and once again it showed itself to be a first class rental.

This villa has it all no matter what the weather. Short walk to restaurants and bars, outside sheltered from the Lanzarote winds and satellite tv system that has everything just in case you have to stay in. Peter the owner more than helpful and local support from Dean and cleaning staff spot on.

Situated in a quiet cul de sac just 6 minutes walk from the restaurants and supermarket. There is a clear view from the back garden of planes touching down on the runway 2.7 miles away. Handy location for getting to other places around the island, most of which were within half an hour's drive. The inside was very clean, comfortable and well presented. Air con was very welcome. The pool was big with steps leading down into it but 6ft deep at the far end. We would love to return.

Absolutely fantastic villa

The villa is by far the best we have stayed in. Absolutely spotless on arrival and were able to check in early. The pool is fab, but shallow end is still quiet deep,, and it's heated so never cold. The villa is so spacious, bathrooms are superb. Kitchen is very well equipped, and quality pans etc so ideal for home cooking. TV has hundred is British channels including movies and sports. The area is a little way out from Puerto del Carmen, €8 euro in taxi or an hourly bus that leaves at 20 to the hour.at €1.4 each way. A few pubs and restaurants and fab supermarket all within 10 mins walk.. Communication with Peter the owner was very good and stress free. All in all a fantastic 2 week holiday. Thanks Peter, we loved the villa. Chris, Cath and family.

Perfect location

We arrived at the beautiful villa and were delighted. It was spotlessly clean, spacious with large airy bathrooms. The weather wasnt great when we arrived so we used the heating that was efficient and not expensive. The pool was lovely once it had heated up. Again due to weather it was a little cool when we arrived. We used the large balcony seating area every day. We found several really nice restaurants in Tias within easy walking distance ( up a small hill) Bus service to Peurto Del Carmen was frequent and reliable although taxi was also convenient and about 8 euros each way . The only thing to think of I would say is for any cooking in the villa you will need eveything apart from salt and pepper! All in all a wonderful Villa in excellent location

Beautiful Villa

This is a lovely villa everything was so nice in a quite location. The pool was fantastic as was the showers in the villa. Tias is a nice quite Spanish small town and we walked to it every night from the villa. We highly recommend this villa and hope to return some day.

The best villa we've ever stayed in!

We had a lovely holiday in Lanzarote, it's a very interesting and welcoming island, but a huge part of our enjoyment was due to this wonderful villa. It's modern, and yet has a traditional feel. From the moment we pulled onto the driveway, I fell in love with the look of it. It's on a lovely quiet street in Tias, and yet so close to all the amenities this gorgeous little town has to offer (cafes, supermarkets, bakeries, play park). It's also in such a great spot for exploring Lanzarote, and of course it's very close to Playa Del Carmen, which is really beautiful in places and our children adored the play park near the old town, a spot where we could happily sit in one of the nearby restaurants whilst they played to their hearts content! The pool at the villa is fantastic, heated to a decent temperature, and the outdoor area is so pleasant with a lovely shaded area for al fresco dining. Our kids were happy to see such a big TV (!) where you can access Netflix and other channels. The bathrooms are amazing with big, powerful showers and the beds are very comfortable. We were delighted when the villa was cleaned, and all linen/towels changed by a lovely local chap who was so keen to get things right for us... asking exactly how many towels we needed replacing etc. It was a five star service in the middle of an incredible stay! If we return to Lanzarote, I honestly can't imagine wanting to stay anywhere else. This villa provides absolutely everything one needs on holiday, is so well equipped and Dean (the property host on the island) was also extremely helpful, as is Peter the owner. Thank you SO much, we hope to come again!

'Exactly what it says on the tin'

Just spent a week in this 'home from home' villa with some very indifferent weather. The way this villa is designed and equipped the weather makes very little difference to your enjoyment, covered outdoor sheltered seating and an entertainment system that provides more than adequate indoor options. One of the best villas we have stayed in anywhere.

An absolute gem

Great villa with exceptional quality bathrooms and inside and beautiful outside space. Have stayed in lots of self catering and this is the best yet…. Close enough to walk to Tias and an €8 euro cab into Puerto Del Carmen… Bedding and pool towels all good quality and well equipped kitchen. Would definitely book again - big thumbs up and great communication from owner and management company.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Villa Vispera. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht, Dan war sehr aufmerksam und wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt. Der Pool ist fantastisch, die Terrasse ist immer vor Sonneneinstrahlung geschützt und es ist wirklich ein sehr ruhiges Plätzchen! Vielen Dank!

First Class villa

We have stayed in many villas over the years but Villa Vispera is by far the best. It has everything you could want and more. We were fortunate enough to experience the new bathrooms and showers which are both amazing. The outside pool area has also been re - tiled and is beautiful. Really peaceful yet minutes from bars, restaurants and the airport but you don't get bothered by any aircraft noise. Peter the owner was extremely responsive to any messages and very kindly allowed us to stay late in the villa due to having an evening flight home. The pool is huge and the photos don't give it justice, seeing is believing. Just to mention that there's no shallow end if taking young children. Our daughter is 7 and can swim well so not an issue, however if travelling with older children or adults it really feels like a proper swimming pool. Thanks again Peter we hope to stay again in the future.

Wonderful villa with excellent facilities. Beautifully decorated with all the mod-cons you would ever need. Pool was great, very well used and very private. The pool table was also a great addition. The smart TVs were fab for evening entertainment and the bathrooms are fantastic. I struggled to get our soap-dodging kids out of the showers as they are amazing! We will definitely be back next time we are in Lanzarote. We had a fantastic time.

Absolutely beautiful villa in a great location!!

This was our 1st experience of renting a villa and what a fantastic experience it was. The villa is absolutely gorgeous and a real home away from home. It has everything you need for a full on self catering experience or just a base from which to go and explore. The decor is very tasteful, clean, modern & bright with a real homely feel.The views are great and being up in Tías is slightly less windy than down on the coast. The location is really great. Tías is a lovely quiet place with lots of small local businesses including some great places to eat. The main town of Puerto Del Carmen is only a few mins away by bus or taxi so whether you want to get away from it all or get in amongst the action the choice is yours. The pool at the villa is just wonderful and kept all of us cool when the thermometer tipped over 48oC!! Dean the property manager was very helpful and quick to respond to any query we had although we didn’t really have any issues with anything at all. The local supermarket (HiperDino) is only 5 min walk away from the Villa and has a great choice of produce and reasonable prices to enable you to make some lovely meals should you choose to. The owners Peter and Sharon were super helpful every step of the way from our initial booking right through to our arrival and gave us heaps of useful info for our stay. Peter was even extremely flexible with our arrival and departure times which menat not having to wait around to get in the villa or hang about with no where to go for hours before our flight back. Overall our stay was superb and we thoroughly enjoyed staying at Villa Vispera. Can’t recommend this place highly enough. Thank you Peter and Sharon for letting us stay in your beautiful home. Very nice week in quiet residential villa

Really good warm sunny week in lovely well equipped villa. Location good for central Tias which has the 'real' feel of Lanzarote with really nice Tapas bar, decent supermarket and cheap but delightful bakers. Loved sitting in the sun with sea view and the peace and quiet of surroundings. Wouldn't hesitate to return when going back to Lanzarote.
