Las fotografías no se corresponden con la realidad

Un apartamento de un sólo dormitorio, aunque en las fotografías da la sensación de disponer de dos habitaciones. El sálon-comedor-cocina, todo en el mismo espacio, dispone de dos sofás utilizables como cama. No dispone de lavadora y el menaje de cocina bastante sucio y descuidado. La única valoración favorable es que, efectivamente, está en el mismo centro del casco antiguo de Napoles, con todas su ventajas e inconvenientes. No lo recomiendo.

En plein centre de Naples, un appartement agréable, mais sombre.

Une grande chambre avec un grand lit-double, une salle de bain très fonctionnelle, une grande pièce à vivre avec une grande table et des chaises, un lit + un lit d'appoint + un lit-cage pliant et un canapé-lit. Nous étions 4, les 2 parents et deux grands ados, c'était donc amplement suffisant. La cuisine possède l'équipement minimal, les draps et serviettes étaient neufs et en bonne quantité. L'appartement était très propre, Luiza nous attendait, elle venait de finir de le nettoyer lorsque nous sommes arrivés. Nous sommes venus en taxi depuis l'aéroport de Naples, tarif forfaitaire de 16€ (en Avril 17) valises comprises, pas 1 €uro de plus, sauf si vous voulez donner un pourboire. Nous avons eu 2 jeux de clés (indispensable), et des bonnes adresses de restaurants aux alentours (Pizza Vesa à 2mn, Antica Osteria Pisano à 5 mn). L'appartement est à 2 pas de la SpaccaNapoli qui traverse Naples, c'est on ne peut plus central, et on peut (presque) tout visiter à pied. Par contre, il est très sombre, en rez de chaussée, pas de problème si il il fait beau (ou même peutr-être un avantage en période de canicule), mais en hiver, ce doit être moins gai. La cour est napolitaine, très vivante en période scolaire (pour les italiens) pendant la journée et jusqu'en début de soirée, mais très calme la nuit, jusqu'au matin. Pas de soucis apparents à se faire concernant le vol, il y a de solides barreaux aux fenêtres ; globalement, nous avons trouvé Naples très tranquille, sauf aux alentours de la gare des trains. Mais chacun se doit prendre ses indispensables précautions, comme partout ailleurs. Donc, sur ces arguments, nous recommandons sans problème l'appartement de Luiza et Massimo, qui se sont révélés être des hôtes confiants, accueillants et attentionnés.

Bon rapport qualité/prix

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans l'appartement de Massimo. Il est spacieux, propre, suffisamment équipé et très bien situé au coeur du quartier historique. Quelques bémol cependant: - l'appartement est très sombre: un éclairage électrique est indispensable même en pleine journée. Ca ne nous a pas beaucoup gêné, car nous n'avons pas passé beaucoup de temps dans l'appartement. - la cour de l'immeuble est un peu bruyante le soir (jusqu'à minuit), mais pas le matin. Très bon accueil de Massimo et de sa femme.
