What makes this property unique

The area is very quiet, tastefully decorated, large terrace, garden with the scent of jasmine, lemon and barbecue, with stunning view of Canneto Bay, 500 meters from the famous white beaches and 350 meters from the sea and from every service which restaurant , bars, supermarket, bus stop, free and equipped beaches, ATM, and so on.

The villa is very quiet and at the same time near the sea and all services.
In case of 2 persons it will be assigned to the apartment with a bedroom.
