About this property

Napoli the view from Vesuvio 2

This small cottage is located in the tranquility of a private park and has a splendid view over the Gulf of Naples. It is close to another slightly larger cottage which is already popular with many guests.
Olive, orange and pine trees frame it. Ideal for excursions to Pompeii, Naples, the Sorrento peninsula and Vesuvius.

The house is located in the countryside on the road leading to Vesuvius.
There is a lot of tranquility and it is ideal after a day spent visiting the many beauties of the area.
It is located 300 meters above sea level and has a wonderful view over the entire Gulf of Naples.

It's certainly more convenient to have your own car, although we are available for any problem. There is a single bus (Monday-Friday) that stops in front of the gate of the property and allows you to reach the Circumvesuviana train which is about 3 km away. This local train connects Naples to Pompeii and Sorrento. From Sorrento by bus you can reach the Amalfi Coast and by ferry the island of Capri.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Marcella et Enrica. Le site et la vue sont magnifiques, la petite maison est confortable mais un peu vieille et aurait besoin de rafraîchissement. L’annonce indique que la piscine est privée mais il s’agit de la piscine familiale… Malgré les petits inconvénients, nous avons eu un agréable séjour, et nos hôtes ont été très serviables et agréables!

Traumhafte Aussicht über den Golf von Neapel

Das Haus liegt in einer großen geschlossen Anlage am oberen Hang des Vesuvs. Dort befindet sich ein großes Haus der Eigentümer und drei weitere kleinere Häuser, wir waren im unteren. Jedes Haus hatte eine eigene Terrasse von der man auch eine gute Sicht hatte. Der gemeinsame Pool ist groß und tief und konnte jederzeit benutzt werden. Die Ausstattung war ok, alles Wichtige war da. Die Betten waren gut. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit - Fragen über Whatsapp wurden sehr schnell beantwortet. Wir können einen Aufenthalt hier nur empfehlen.

Eine Woche im Häuschen von Enrica

Das Häuschen( 2 Zimmer, Bad) liegt in einem sehr großen Gelände, auf dem andere Gebäude verteilt sind. Jeden Morgen Frühstück unter Olivenbäumen mit Blick auf den Golf von Neapel und von der Dachterrasse den Sonnenuntergang genossen. Sehr zentral zu allen archäologischen Stätten, Fährhäfen und Neapel direkt am Fuße des Vesuvs gelegen. Allerdings Luxus darf man nicht erwarten, alles sehr einfach. Alles Notwendige war vorhanden, selbst der Wein, die Flasche Wasser und die Nudeln für die 1. Mahlzeit. In unmittelbarer Nähe ein sehr gutes Restaurant. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Ferien im Oktober

Ein unbeschreiblicher Blick auf den gesamten Golf von Neapel mit Traumsonnenuntergängen über Ischia! Optimal gelegen für die Erkundung des Vesuvs, Neapels, der sorrentinischen und amalfitanischen Küste. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin!

Ruhiges Ferienhäuschen

Das Ferienhaus liegt am Hang des Vesuvs innerhalb eines großen Gartengrundstücks. Es ist ordentlich und sauber. Von der Terrasse hat man einen sehr schönen Ausblick auf Neapel und Capri. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, kein Straßenlärm. Wir haben gerne den Tennisplatz und den Swimmingpool benutzt und hatten freies Wlan. Es gibt auch einen sehr lieben und verspielten Hund. Für den ersten Tag wurden wir bereits mit Lebensmitteln und Getränken versorgt. Es gab auch einen selbst gebackenen Begrüßungskuchen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Viele Grüße an Enrica und Lorenzo.

wunderbar gelegenes, ruhiges Ferienquartier auf großem, eingezäunten Grundstück

Das einfache, aber mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattete Ferienhaus liegt ruhig auf einem riesigen, eingezäunten Grundstück am Hang des Vesuvs (darauf auch das große Wohnhaus der Vermieter und ein weiteres Ferienhaus). Das Haus war sauber und entsprach genau den Angaben auf der Homepage des Anbieters. Die Aussicht auf den Golf von Neapel, Ischia, Capri und die Halbinsel von Sorrent ist grandios! Das Grundstück (Oliven- und Orangenhaine, Zedern, Rasenflächen) kann mitbenutzt werden, ebenso ein Tennis- und Basketballplatz (Tennis- und Badminton-Schläger vorhanden) sowie ein wirklich toller und großer Pool. Schräg gegenüber gibt es ein großes Restaurant, in dem man recht gut und preisgünstig essen kann. Weitere Restaurants befinden sich in der Nähe, mehrere Supermärkte in der Ortschaft Ercolano. Das Ferienhaus ist sowohl mit dem Auto als auch mit öffentlichen Bussen gut erreichbar (sicheres Parken direkt vorm Haus), der Standort ist optimal für Ausflüge (Vesuv, Herculaneum, Neapel, Pompeji, Halbinsel von Sorrent …). Enrica ist eine sehr nette Vermieterin, immer erreichbar, stets hilfsbereit und offen für alle Fragen. Bei unserer Ankunft war der Kühlschrank gut gefüllt, ein leckerer Kuchen stand auf dem Tisch! Hofhund Ghero (Schäferhund) ist ein absolut liebes, verspieltes Tier, den man sofort ins Herz schließt. Wir haben uns zwei Wochen lang wirklich wohl gefühlt, vielen Dank und herzliche Grüße Jutta und Broder

Perfect spot for family fun near Vesuvius

Wonderful pool and grounds, including an old basketball/tennis court! Easy access to Naples airport, Pompei, etc. We were 4 adults, so it was a bit cramped in the kitchen, with the beds out.

Merveilleux séjour avec un accueil chaleureux

Endroit paradisiaque, au calme, entouré d'oliviers, citronniers et quelques vignes. Un accueil chaleureux et généreux, une tarte faite maison. Dans le frigo : du lait, de l'eau, jus de fruits. Le nécessaire pour la 1ère journée : pâtes, sauce tomate, huile, café, sucre, madeleines etc... Logement bien équipé et propre (sans vis-à-vis) avec tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner, ainsi qu'un barbecue. Machine à laver, sèche cheveux, ventilateur, torchons, serviettes de toilette ainsi que serviettes pour la piscine... Rien ne manque. Une grande piscine avec une vue magnifique sur la baie de Naples, un terrain de tennis et de foot. Quant à Enrica et sa famille, adorables et toujours là pour répondre à une question ou rendre service tout en étant discrets. Nous avons passés de merveilleuses vacances et recommandons à 100%. Encore merci pour ta gentillesse à toi et Stefano sans oublier le chien Ghero. Gros bisous
