Located inside the prestigious Residence La Villa, fully furnished and equipped with every comfort, the Rubino apartment boasts a large private garden with a Jacuzzi (hot water up to 36-38 degrees) from where you can enjoy a beautiful lake view in total relaxation.

Ein Traumurlaub im Herbst 2023
Hier muss einfach eine Bewertung geschrieben werden!
Ein Urlaub, der keine Wünsche offen ließ - Kommen wir aber zur Objektbewertung.
Die Wohnung ist exakt wie im Inserat beschrieben (freundlich und hell). Alles war bestens vorbereitet (Sauberkeit / Handtücher / zusätzliche Poolhandtücher / Toilettenpapier / Handseife / Sonnenliegen / aufgeheizter Whirlpool) und wir haben uns auf Anhieb wohlgefühlt. Darüber hinaus war die Kommunikation einfach Weltklasse. Der Empfang war herzlich mit einigen sehr nützlichen Tipps und Informationen. Während des Aufenthalts konnten wir uns jederzeit mit Rückfragen, Anregungen oder möglichen Ausflugstipps bei Daniela melden und haben umgehend eine Antwort erhalten (perfekt!).
Wanderungen sind vor Ort gut möglich, für alles weitere wird das Auto benötigt. Aufgrund der Hanglage hat man einen super Blick auf den Gardasee in südliche Richtung. Unser Hund hat sich auch wohlgefühlt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Ich musste nach meiber Anreise leider feststellen dass die Unterkunft in keinster Weise mit den Bildern und der Beschreibung übereinstimmen.
Keine Klimaanlage bei den Temperaturen,von Vorhänger war nich das Geschirr im Spüler.
Nach Nachfragen wo due Sauna ist ,die ich benötige ,da ich chronisches Rheuma habe und extra deswegen diese Unterkunft gebucht habe, wurde mir mitgeteilt dass diese nicht mehr vorhanden ist obwohl sie noch immer in der Beschreibung steht, daraufhin löschte die Gastgeberin die Fotos und wurde unfreundlich und bat mich zu gehen.
Ich habe mir eine andere Unterkunft suchen müssen und habe bis zum heutigen Tag noch keune Rückzahlung erhalten obwohl ich mich sofort mit FeWo in Verbindung gesetzt habe.

ich verstehe nicht, auf welcher Grundlage, Sie diese Bewertung abgegeben haben können, da Sie keinen einzigen Tag in unserer Unterkunft verbracht haben...
Es ist sehr unangenehm, Unwahrheiten zu schreiben: eine Klimaanlage ist nirgends in der Beschreibung der Wohnung zu finden. Alle Informationen und Fotos werden ohne Auslassungen auf dem Portal angezeigt, Sie können daher keine Klimaanlage anfordern, wenn dies nicht ausdrücklich angegeben ist! Sie widersprechen sich selbst, wenn Sie sagen, dass Sie an Rheuma leiden, und ohne Sauna „nicht leben können“… eine Klimaanlage ist vermutlich schlecht für ihre gesundheitlichen Probleme.
Natürlich kann es vorkommen, dass die Sauna zu dieser Zeit nicht verfügbar ist, deshalb habe ich Ihnen sehr höflich gesagt, dass Sie sich etwas anderes suchen könnten. Sie sind einfach nach dem Einchecken abgereist, weil Ihre Freunde nicht bleiben wollten!
Es kommt mir seltsam vor, dass Sie Mitte der Hochsaison, im August, innerhalb von 10 Minuten eine andere Unterkunft gefunden haben… vielleicht hatten Sie schon woanders gebucht?
Wir verwalten diese Einrichtung seit mehr als 10 Jahren und niemand hat sich jemals über das Management oder die Organisation beschwert; Ich bitte Sie einfach, Respekt vor den Menschen zu haben, die hart und mit Herz dafür arbeiten, dass sich alle Gäste verwöhnt und wie zu Hause fühlen. Ich bin die Erste, die glaubt, dass der Gast immer Recht hat, aber bei den Unwahrheiten und falschen Informationen, die Sie auf dem Portal geschrieben haben, auf dem Sie gebucht haben, tut es mir leid, Sie sind zu weit gegangen!
Für Ihren nächsten Urlaub empfehle ich Ihnen ein SPA, damit Sie Ihre körperlichen und geistigen Probleme besser behandeln können!

Also der Wohnungskomplex war super schön. Was mich ein wenig gestört hat ist, dass es beim Check in zu wenig Infos gab z.B. W-LAN Passwort wurde nicht genannt; es gab keine Bedienungsanleitung für den Whirlpool; es gab keine Führung übers Gelände; wo ist die Sauna wann ist sie geöffnet wo gibt es den Schlüssel solche Sachen; Welche Schlüssel für was sind. Nun zu den positiven Sachen man kann super schön wandern essen man hat alles in der Nähe Einkaufen etc. Das Auto steht in der Tiefgarage sehr modern eingerichtet super Ausstattung. Alles in allem kann ich die Anlage sehr empfehlen.

Tolle Lage mit sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt!
Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Fotos dargestellt. Räume waren sehr sauber sowie die Außenanlagen.
Die Objektleiterin war sehr hilfsbereit und super freundlich. So kann man den Urlaub genießen. 😀

Tolle Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage!
Die Ferienwohnung ist sauber und es gab nix zu bemängeln! Die Bilder der Wohnung sind passend. Der private Jacuzzi ist sehr sauber und wurde mit frischem Wasser befüllt! Wir fühlten uns sehr Willkommen und können die Ferienwohnung empfehlen!

Das war einfach nur ein wunderschöner und erholsamer Urlaub
Die Anlage in Traumhafter Lage ist einfach nur zu empfehlen. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub den wir jederzeit wiederholen würden. Die Ausstattung und die Sauberkeit der Anlage kann man einfach nur loben . Der Kontakt war sehr gut und wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Ich kann nur sagen , das man dort super entspannt und einen traumhaften Urlaub hat . Danke für alles und jederzeit wieder😉👍
