Upstairs on the first floor, the generous sitting room is located - the true masterpiece of this house. Large sliding glass doors along one side allow natural light to flood in and provide the ultimate viewing platform from which to take in the expansive moody views across the saltmarsh to the sea and estuary. Spot rare birds and a plethora of native Norfolk wildlife with the telescope provided. Also perfect for stargazing on a clear night. Parking is available for one small car on the driveway. On-street parking may be available outside the property, but please be aware this is restricted during the summer months. Springbank welcomes dogs, and is in a great location for discovering walks directly from the front door. Situated a mere five minute walk from the bustling quayside and town, and nestled on the Coasthopper bus route for trips further afield, you will never be short of something to do at Springbank.
