The house was designed and built in 2015 as a summer home by the architect owner for large gatherings of family and friends.
The property is set on a 2 acre lot along a stream bordering the forest. It is calm and quiet, a kilometer from the beach.
The house is extremely functional for large groups of family and friends with a large living room, dining and kitchen area fully open to the exterior with sliding doors to the terrace and the 3.5x11.5m heated pool (mai-septembre)
There is a second covered terrace at the further end of the pool for relaxing and reading away from the house.
6 bedrooms : 3 double bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with single beds, 1 bunk room with 4 single beds.
3 bathrooms : 2 shower rooms and 1 with bath/shower.
1 separate toilet. (Total 4 toilets)
Fully equipped kitchen with 2 dishwashers.
Dining table for 14.
TV room.
Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

We stayed in this fantastic property as a big extended family (grandparents to children). It is a fantastic location, wonderfully designed house, very comfortable, suited our needs perfectly due to the layout. Lovely swimming pool, petanque and table tennis (which was used a great deal).It has all the facilities and equipment you might need ( although kitchen scales and some basic bicycles would make this perfect!)Any issues that arise were dealt with very promptly and efficiently with good communication from the owner.Thank you for a lovely stay.

Fantastic modern property for young and old.

Stayed with grandparents, two families with 5 children between 3 and 7. Great having no stairs and a great layout. A super smart property with great architecture. Only warning is there is no fence around the pool so need to keep an eye on children.

This is an excellent villa - modern, well furnished, in a great location with the town centre and coast easily within walking distance. We were a Family of 10, in all age ranges - the pool was heated, we appreciated having two dishwashers, although we didn’t master the tumble drier - but I suspect our lack of French didn’t help. We wouldn’t hesitate booking again.

Great property for a large group / 14 of use, 3 generations. Pool well used and such fun. Check in easy, we did it ourselves as awkward arrival times . Kitchen had everything we needed. WiFi really good and strong. We had 3 hire cars so did not need public transport. Owner came out right away when there was a small problem with pool and sorted it out. Appreciated this. Busy area but lots of fun.

Lovely holiday in great house for large group. We were 11 ranging in age from 69 to 12 weeks. Lots of space both inside and out and the pool was fantastic for all to enjoy.House is well equipped but was very hot at night after daytime temperatures of 30 degrees plus! Great location with plenty to do and places to visit.Would recommend.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche im Haus von Marc in Andernos Les Bains. Unsere Familie bestand aus 7 Erwachsenen und drei Kindern - alle hatten genĂŒgend Platz in dem architektonisch sehr ansprechenden Haus. Morgens holten wir zu Fuß vom BĂ€cker Baguettes (ca. 800 Meter), schwammen eine Runde im erfrischenden Swimming-Pool und kochten nach den TagesausflĂŒgen am Abend gemeinsam in der tollen KĂŒche des Hauses & und aßen gemeinsam auf der Terrasse. Es fehlte grundsĂ€tzlich an nichts. Was den Besuch dieses tollen Domzils noch besser gemacht hĂ€tte: ein paar mehr Utensilien zum Spielen Outdoor/Pool, eine bessere und aktualisierte Willkommensmappe (vielleicht mit kleinem Geschenk?). Vielen Dank, Marc :)

Was uns besonders begeistert hat, sind die zwei SpĂŒlmaschinen in der KĂŒche. Der Kontakt mit der Verwaltung war sehr unkompliziert, das haben wir sehr geschĂ€tzt. Das Haus ist toll die Lage könnte besser sein (NĂ€he zu Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten), aber mit dem grossen Garten und dem Pool und dem vielen Platz ist es sehr schön.

Heel fijne locatie en huis. Jammer genoeg niet proper, heel veel spinnenwebben en een raam openzetten stond gelijk aan veel spinnen en muggen binnenlaten. Tafeltennis, oven en BBQ waren niet in orde, deze werd wel dadelijk (zo goed als) hersteld voor de eigenaar na enkele berichten. Voor een grote groep zou er wel een extra frigo mogen voorzien worden, 1 frigo is echt te min voor 11 personen drinken en eten. We minsten ook kussen op de houten zegelbedden, liggen op een houten plank is niet zo aangenaam. Kortom, mooi huis met rustige ligging maar jammer van het mindere onderhoud en netheid.

Tolles Ferienhaus fĂŒr Gruppen

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit mit 3 Familien in diesem tollen Haus verbracht. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, sehr gut aufgeteilt fĂŒr 3 Familien und die Lage am Ende einer Sackgasse ist perfekt. Der Pool ist schön groß, so dass man sich richtig schwimmen kann. Der Vermieter Marc und die Agentur vor Ort waren immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Absolut zu empfehlen! Vielen Dank!

Perfekt fĂŒr den Familien-Poolurlaub

Wir waren mit 2 Familien in Andernos, und das Haus war wunderbar fĂŒr Pooltage, und als Ausgangslage fĂŒr Reisen zum Atlantik, Arcachon oder Bordeaux. Das Haus ist ca. 20 Min fußlĂ€ufig vom Strand entfernt. Die Innenstadt ist etwas weiter entfernt, ca. 45 min fußlĂ€ufig. Man sollte sich frĂŒhzeitig FahrrĂ€der mieten oder mitbringen, denn die Parkplatzsituation in Andernos ist schwierig. Im Haus selbst waren keine RĂ€der. Leider gab es auch nur einen TV, und das nicht im zentralen Wohnzimmer. Ansonsten entsprach das Haus unseren Vorstellungen, nur die Sauberkeit ließ bei Anreise etwas zu wĂŒnschen ĂŒbrig. Der Inhaber/Agentur haben aber umgehend Hilfe geschickt, und die MissstĂ€nde behoben. Wir können das Haus daher ohne Probleme weiterempfehlen.
