Set in almost 4000sqm of landscaped gardens, Cacti, Palms and fruit trees. A private pool and some of the best views to both the mountains and coast. A little taste of private paradise and, yet within 10 minutes to all the main tourist areas and beaches.
Villa Shania in La Sabinita is divided into three separate living / sleeping areas, all with their own bathroom and shower facilities and two with private kitchens. Your own private Pool house with kitchen and BBQ Grill makes this the ideal property to enjoy with family and friends whilst still maintaining privacy and personal space.
The main house consists of an ample fully fitted kitchen and dining area with guest toilet. Oven, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, capsule coffee machine, four ring hob and dishwasher all readily available for preparing your morning breakfasts or evening meals.
On the first floor, which can be accessed directly from the kitchen or via the main external staircase, you will find the main living area. With comfortable sofas, air conditioning and a bright enclosed terrace, overlooking the garden and pool area, the terrace boasts stunning views to the coast and some of the most breathtaking sunsets that Tenerife has to offer. As with almost all Spanish properties, the villa does not have central heating but a fully functioning open fireplace is also available for those cooler nights.
The main house offers the master double bedroom with air conditioning holds patio doors facing the garden as well as an ample twin bedroom facing the entrance to the property. A large bathroom with jacuzzi bath, double sink and shower facilities allows plenty of room for relaxing and preparing yourselves for a night on the town. You will also find a small guest WC and sink on this floor. Lastly you will find a well fitted walk in wardrobe with drawer and hanging space. This room can be locked to allow a secure storage for personal and valuable items.
Located in the main house building with a patio door entrance you will find the separate one bedroom apartment with its on American style kitchen and breakfast area. The separate bedroom with built in wardrobes offers a calm and quiet sleeping area. A small bathroom with WC, sink and shower is available. The apartment also holds twin beds in the living area, allowing sleeping space for up to four persons.
Overlooking the garden and pool, you will find the third sleeping area. "The loft" studio apartment can be accessed by a spiral staircase that leads to a breakfast terrace. Behind the patio doors you will find a luxurious sitting area with leather sofas. A double bed which can convert to twin when required and an ensuite WC, shower room. Although this room does not have any kitchen facilities, it holds the most panoramic views of the entire property, from the surrounding mountains to the Atlantic Ocean! The perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or a romantic glass of wine before bed.
The Pool house is the ideal place to enjoy a BBQ and a refreshing drink after a long day of relaxing by the pool! The swimming pool of 5 x 10 meters has a graduated depth of approximately 1.30m to 1.85m. Entrance and exit via 5 steps located at the shallow end. Please note that the pool does not have a heating system. It is south facing without shade all day ( weather permitting). Sun beds and Benches are available for your comfort and use. In the Garden area you will also find an outdoor shower. Next to the one bedroom apartment you will find the laundry room with washing machine and hand washing facilities.
The property is completely walled in and secure. Parking for maximum two cars outside is available. In the event of three or more vehicles staying at the same time, the private car port will be made available. We also invite our clients to enjoy the seasonal fruit trees of Mangos, Oranges, Avacados, Nispero and Guayaba when available.
The Villa is located approximately 28.5km from the South airport. 7km from Los Cristianos and 8km from Playa de las Americas Siam Mall and the nearest beaches.
Locally you have all you need in respects of supermarkets, banks and medical facilities, all within 5 minutes drive.
The Teide National Park is located a mere 30km away, making a memorable day out, or a night of star gazing within 45 minutes drive from your Holiday Villa's door! And if you wish to venture a bit further, then a short 5km drive will take you to the TF1 where you can easily travel to the Capital Santa Cruz, 57km or the scenic Puerto de la Cruz 75km.

A spacious property that can accommodate up to 12 people, yet has space enough to maintain as much privacy as you wish. With a south west facing garden you can enjoy the sunshine all day long, and then gaze at some of the most breath taking sunset views that the island has to offer.
The location is perfect in that a short car or taxi journey will take you to the coast, yet maintaining the relaxing atmosphere that you require. For those not wanting to drive, there is a bus stop directly at the entrance of the property's access lane.
All in all, a property that will meet all your needs and help to make your visit to the island as memorable as possible.
