Typical Sicilian villa is located in a quiet area surrounded by orange groves about 2 km from the sea. It offers free Wi-Fi, an outdoor swimming pool with heated whirlpool next to the swimming pool, garden and large outdoor spaces. It consists of: kitchen-living room, two bedrooms with double bed each with an ensuite bathroom and hydro-massage shower. The villa is located halfway between Catania and Syracuse, in a strategic position, in fact the main cities of historical and artistic interest in eastern Sicily are easily reachable: Catania, Syracuse, Noto, Taormina, Caltagirone, Piazza Armerina, Agrigento, Ragusa, the Etna volcano, Pantalica, Vendicari, the Cava Grande lakes in Avola, Morgantina ... Furthermore, for lovers of the sea and the sun, the most beautiful beaches of the coast are easily accessible: the Lido di Noto, the Lido di Avola, the natural oasis of Vendicari and the nearby cliffs of Castelluccio.

Lage ist perfekt. Kommunikation mit den Vermietern ist sehr gut.
Whirlpool ist defekt. Küche ist viel zu klein und schlecht ausgestattet.
Das Inserat macht den Augenschein das das Haus alleinstehend ist. Es sind aber zwei Häuser mit drei Wohnungen auf dem Areal. Eine Wohnung ist vom Vermieter. Der Vermieter hat Regelmäßig Leute eingeladen um im Pool zu baden. Also kein Privatpool.
Deshalb Preisleistung viel zu hoch.
Wir würden wieder kommen wenn das Inserat dem Preis entspricht.

Die Beschreibung entspricht nicht der Realität!!
Vorab die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Klimaanlage hat funktioniert.
-Kein Privatpool ( wird als Privatpool beschrieben )
-Jaquzzi defekt
-zwei freilaufende Hunde auf dem Gelände, von denen einer abends immer sehr aufdringlich wurde ( das hätte
man im
Inserat erwähnen müssen, da wir jemand dabei hatten der Angst vor Hunden hat !)
-es waren einige Tiere im
Haus (Kakalaken, Tausendfüßler, etc.)
-Waschmaschine defekt!
Das Inserat erweckt den Eindruck, dass man die gezeigten Bereiche für sich alleine hat. Allerdings sind das alles Gemeinschaftsbereiche, auch der Pool.
Preis Leistung stimmt hier absolut nicht !
