This unit was immaculate and the house was well equipped. As promised there were bikes, beach towels, linens and a fully stocked kitchen with all of the appliances needed. This was an incredible stay. The host was really wonderful and very attentive to any questions I had. The location of the house is fantastic. You can get to the beach or shopping or restaurants in 5 minutes. You could not ask for a better location. You also had everything you could possibly need in the house from beach chairs to a completely outfitted kitchen to a wonderful swimming pool and Lanai area. I would happily stay here again.

The house was very comfortable and clean, with a lovely pool in the back yard. The lanai was wonderful. We were very close to the beach and we visited it almost daily. Also close to stores and restaurants, the location was very convenient. We hope to return to Naples and plan to rent this house again. We have rented in the Fort Myers area quite a few times and this house is our favorite.

I surprised my mom and took her on a roadtrip to Naples for her birthday and we both loved how comfortable and clean the house was...equipped with everything to make us feel at home. We had a wonderful week stay and couldn’t be happier. Beautiful home and pool with everything we needed to have a great trip. Chairs and all the necessities for the beach were included. We took advantage of the bikes to check out the gorgeous neighborhood and watch the sun go down. We appreciated all the recommendations and everything we needed to have a great stay. This property is set for ease of use. Beach chairs, bike, cooler, everything you need to have a wonderful vacation is at your finger tips. Walk to stores, restaurants, and more. Recieved wonderful reviews and happy to say our guests have enjoyed this property.

What makes this property unique

The closeness to Vanderbilt beach is great with 2 access points-Vanderbilt Beach and Bluebill beach access with parking available in both areas. There are sidewalks and great views of the canal streets, about 15-20 minute walk, or the bikes will get you there in 10-15 minutes. If your prefer parking at the beach, a spot in the garage is only $10(Vanderbilt beach). The people are friendly and laid back and the neighborhood is very quiet. For a family this setting far outweighs any hotel situation. Everything you need is there and set up for a stress free vacation.
