Villa Cifre is really close to Alcudia. From the property you can enjoy incredible views of the mountains and the sea. It is located in a quiet and isolated area, which is once, well connected by the proximity to the town of Alcudia.



It is able to accommodate 8 guests and 2 babies, in 4 double rooms with 3 full bathrooms.

On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom, and another bathroom.

On the upper floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom.

Outside you will find a covered barbecue area, with a table to enjoy the food and relax, with direct access to the chlorine swimming pool with outdoor shower with hot water and jacuzzi.

It has a ping pong table.

It has parking space for 3 cars.

Very pleasant and quiet stay

The house is wonderful and very well located in a quiet area but very close to Alcudia old town. Swimming pool and Jacuzzi are amazing. House is well equiped. Tony gave us a lot of good advice about the best places in the island. We will for sure recommend this villa. some lights were missing. It will be good to check this kind of stuff before the customer arrives. Otherwise nothing else to say... Perfect

The Unexpected

We booked the villa from the photo's; understanding that all written reviews can be considered subjective in their approach, a "Hope for the best" approach, if it looks good and the photos do, it must be good right!! The villa suited our physical needs, but time has taken its toll and its looking well warn in some of the more used areas. Our arrival was greeted with a damp aroma which never really left the property despite our ventilating it, coupled with damp feeling bed sheets throughout our stay. Damp and mould dominated the bathrooms. It's a villa that provides you with very little of a WOW factor on the inside, left devoid of all but the basic of things, half a toilet roll, three dishwasher tablets and a can of Cockroach spray...yes you read right, Cockroach spray! This leads us onto the cleanliness; let's just say standards can differ and whilst we don't consider ourselves to be too OCD about this whilst on holiday, in basics terms, the villa was filthy and gave the impression a deep clean hadn't taken place in years. Previous reviews rated cleanliness as a "3", all I can say is they must have written their reviews whilst sampling the locally purchased cheap wine, truly it's a 1 at best. The pool was great for the first couple of days, the promise of a mid-week clean (by the agent) never materialised and by day 5 the pool was only usable if you walked through the debris of dead bug bodies now collected on the bottom and in each corner. A pool cleaning net was provided which measured 4ft for a 2.2m deep pool (perhaps imperial never made it big in Spain!). The outside BBQ was considered a "no Go" area, as I refused to clean it of the build up of "who knows what"on it? With all of this said, we never allow "The Unexpected" to spoil our holiday, but we had to submit and clean areas of the villa we wanted to use, simply for our own satisfaction and for our well being. If you are prepared to accept damp, musty, dirty conditions, then this is the villa for you, you wont be disappointed, just think Tom & Barbara "The Good Life" (old British TV program) and you'll get the measure of this place. There were highlights, our ability to laugh at our incompetence to use the cooker until shown by the third person visiting (owner themselves) and the next doors cockerel with a broken in-built time clock, 06:30, 13:00, 15:00 19:00 etc... I am sorry Homeaway, in all the years we have been using you, this is by far the biggest disappointment....

Dear William, we are very surprised to read this review. We visited you the next day of your arrival and nothing of this came up when we asked 'do you have questions' or 'is everything ok?' Also, we inform you that we are available to hear anything you need during your stay and not one time you said the house needed more cleaning, or nothing about smell, etc... We expect our guests to let us know if they need anything as is one of the first things we say when you arrive. We have had other clients after you and none of them have said that the house is dirty... We are always glad and prepared to help and if the cleaners had need to come to make and extra cleaning, we would have sent them. Also regarding the pool, if the manager of the house in charge of cleaning the pool was not there or you consider that it needs extra cleaning, please inform us so we can contact with them and ask them to come and clean it immediately. As you said the pictures of the house and the reviews shown are good. I am sure this is because the guests are happy with their stay and with the house. Erholsamer Aufenthalt

14/08/2018 Gute, schnelle Kommunikation mit dem Büro von Bellmon. Eine Ansprechpartnerin die immer schnell reagiert hat! In der Preislage sollte das Küchen Equipment qualitativ besser und umfangreicher sein! Die vorhanden Outdoor Sitzgelegenheiten am Tisch sind zweckmäßig aber absolut unbequem. In der Preislage erwarte ich etwas anderes (kein großes Investment) Relax Sessel fehlen komplett. Die Poolrandbeleuchtung war zu 2 Drittel defekt. Eine Abdunklungsmöglichkeit (z.B. blickdichter Vorhang) der Schlafräume fehlt komplett.

Very clean, well equipped and spacious

The kids loved the pool and the hot tub. The lady next door gave us fresh eggs and tomatoes which was brilliant.
