Idyllic

Perfect location for relaxing. Manoelle, the host, extremely welcoming and helpful. Beautiful surroundings and the apartment was lovely. Nearby walks, and close to a number of delightful hill towns with great restaurants to explore.

Absolutely wonderful experience. The location is stunning, nestled in a picturesque area, peaceful and serene. The house is beautifully designed and equipped with what you need. What truly made it excellent was the host’s communication. She was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to quickly resolve some issues we encountered in the booking phase. Highly recommended!

Just perfect

Mi è capitato spesso di pernottare in casolari, sia in Umbria che fuori regione ma raramente ho visto un casale così curato nei dettagli e con un giardino così bello. La proprietaria mi ha detto che hanno riaperto i battenti dopo un lungo periodo di lavori e ho trovato il posto ancora più bello rispetto alle foto dell’annuncio. Gli interni sono stati sapientemente ristrutturati ed arredati con gusto. Esternamente è stata realizzata una meravigliosa corte ed un incantevole portico in tipico stile umbro. Le camere e i letti sono estremamente confortevoli e la temperatura interna al casale era perfetta. Ho trovato la pulizia impeccabile. La rete WIFI è molto performante sia dentro che fuori in giardino, ideale per chi come me ha dovuto lavorare anche in vacanza. Abbiamo già deciso di tornare con un gruppo piu numeroso di amici..

Luca e i suoi amici sono stati ospiti impeccabili. Hanno trascorso tutte le giornate in giardino… tra partite di calcio, pallavolo, grigliate e serate nel fienile a giocare a ping pong, football table e freccette. Una sera hanno anche visto un film nel cinema. Hanno brindato per festeggiare un’occasione speciale e a noi non può che fare un immenso piacere notare che Tenuta Sospesa è un luogo che accoglie così tanti momenti importanti e pieni di ricordi per le persone che vi soggiornano. Benvenuto è chi non se ne vorrebbe più andare…

Un posto incantevole, casa bellissima, arredata con gusto. Ogni singolo pezzo è un'opera d'arte messa al posto giusto. Bellissimo il giardino. Ogni comfort. Barbecau, forno a legni, giochi per i bambini, altalene. Cucina fornita di tutto. Un posto da sogno dove SICURAMENTE torneremo. Proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile a soddisfare tutte le nostre richieste. Ci siamo stati per un fine settimana, eravamo in 15 tra adulti e bambini e tutti siamo nella stessa opinione. Il posto è incantevole.

Beautiful villa and great experience

Make sure you book out the whole villa and have the place to yourself as it is very beautiful and a great spot to settle in. There are quite a few beds - we were 11 in our group and managed to fit in fine. Manoelle was a fabulous host and made our stay very special. Make sure you listen to her restaurant recommendations because she knows what she is talking about. Wish we had stayed longer!!

Location fantastica, vacanza stupenda!

La tenuta, immersa nel verde, è curata in ogni dettaglio. Manoelle è davvero molto gentile e disponibile. L' appartamento oltre ad essere molto caratteristico, è spazioso ed è dotato di ogni confort... sicuramente ci ritorneremo!!!

Inoubliable

Nous avons passé une semaine à 14 amis à la Tenuta Sospesa, et nous ne regrettons pas notre choix ! Propriété spacieuse et pittoresque, jardins agréables et très bien entretenus, piscine, terrain de badminton/volley, salle de cinéma, barbecue, four à pizza... Tout le confort pour passer un excellent séjour. Ajoutez à ceci une hôte très attentionnée et toujours de bons conseils, et vous obtenez le cocktail de vacances inoubliables :) Merci Manoelle et José ;)

Gorgeous Tuscan Villa

Tenuta Sospesa is an absolute treasure, as is the host Manoelle. I accompanied some friends here for their wedding and it was the perfect setting - beautifully manicured gardens with trees that are hundreds of years old, gorgeous pool area and everything from a pizza oven to an outdoor movie theatre at your disposal. Maonelle was so welcoming, endlessly helpful and has a wealth of local knowledge. We were very sad to leave and can't wait to go back!

A great stay at a beautiful Tuscan villa

My husband and I found Tenuta Sospesa and fell in love! We traveled to Italy to get married in the local area and Manoelle was really helpful, giving us reccomendations what to do around the area, local supermarkets, giving us advice on our wedding, and telling us the best places to eat with a fantastic veiw! :) The property itself is stunning, very Italian and we even took a few photos around the property as it was so beautiful. The pool, gardens and courtyeard were amazing and we're already looking forward to going back in the future!

Wonderful villa in a unique setting

I fell in love with the villa and its unique setting. The villa complex ix big and beautiful and we were blown away by the fireflies at night that illuminated that garden area. Will def come again !

Charming apartments with delightful garden

As a secret kept, lies Tenuta Sospesa behind the trees with its delightful garden and charming apartments. The property is kept with style, love and care. The owner Manoelle is such a lovely and nice person! Also perfectly suited when traveling with babies as all baby facilities are available. incl. a private garden that allows for privacy. Whether you like historic cities, the lade side, wineries or chill out in the garden, it is at a perfect location to discover it all.

Charming villa near quaint towns in Umbria

Our stay at Tenuta Sospesa was great! Manoelle was a great hostess and helped us plan day trips to nearby towns and offered excellent restaurant recommendations, particularly Lillo Tatini in Panciale. Highly recommended!

Spectacular place!

Tenuta Sospesa is located in between Sagrantino and Orcia Doc regions. So If you like great food and great wine it doesn't get much better than this. This villa is located in the middle of vineyards, olive groves, and fields of grain. It is a property of half acre. The property continues to be woman run by the owner. Manoelle''s drive and attention to detail makes any visit here highly enjoyable. The property vistas are spectacular, don't miss this opportunity.

Perfect stay!

I spent the weekend with a group of 13 friends and we had such an amazing time in Tenuta Sospesa. The owners were very kind and open to give us a few suggestions on cool places to visit. The villa is very big and well kept. We didn't want to leave. Can't wait to go back!!

Beautiful Holiday!

We stayed at Tenuta Sospesa for a few days and it was wonderful. The owner was lovely, and the location is absolutely gorgeous! We had an amazing time, and there is a lot to see in the area. I would definitely stay again.

Qualità/prezzo imbattibile! Tutto perfetto

Splendido weekend trascorso in compagnia di amici. Appartamento confortevole e proprietaria disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza. Camere spaziose, cucina fornita di tutto il necessario e barbecue esterno sono la ciliegina sulla torta.

Un séjour de rève dans un endroit idyllique

Tous les ingrédients y sont pour rendre le séjour parfait: - l'accueil chaleureux de la maitresse des lieux, sa compétence pour nous faire découvrir les richesses de la région - un appartement décoré avec un gout exquis, cosy et de tout confort - un parc magnifique, véritable écrin de verdure: une invitation à la détente, aux jeux dans les prés, aux repas autour du four à pizza, aux soirées cinéma... - sans oublier la superbe piscine, centre d'attraction des journées ensoleillées Une vacance à ne pas manquer ( mon seul regret est de ne pas y ètre restée plus longtemps, mais je reviendrai! )

Un lugar soñado

Tenuta Sospesa es el sitio perfecto para conectarte con lo mejor de vos mismo. La habitación amplia y confortable, el jardín de cuentos (incluso en invierno luce genial), la atención de la propietaria y el servicio inmejorable! 100% recomendable y obviamente es un lugar para regresar!
