Brand new apartment in villa located one step away from the wonderful Mondello beach in Palermo. Very convenient for walking to the sea but not far from the city. Located in a residence with free parking space. The villa consists of 2 double bedrooms, a large living room, a spacious kitchen and a bathroom with a large shower. Garden equipped with sofas, beds, tables and chairs. External masonry kitchen. Free WiFi, coffee maker, air conditioning, toaster, washing machine, dryer and two dishwashers, televisions and PCs at your disposal. Dinner by reservation with Sicilian menu. Driver on reservation for your every move. Tour on rubber dinghy by reservation, maximum 10 people. Departure from the Gulf of Sferracavallo, continuing to the suggestive Capogallo nature reserve, following to the Gulf of Mondello and finally visiting the Isola delle Femmine. Inflatable boat of 8.50 m, maximum capacity of 16 people, recommended for groups of maximum 8/10 people. It has a large sundeck at the bow and stern, a comfortable hand shower, a fridge and a ladder to facilitate the ascent from the water.

    The owners of this property scammed us out of our stay. They claimed they did not receive the booking and tried to charge us an extra $200 a night on top of what we already paid. We were left stranded in a foreign country because they wanted to be greedy. Never ever book here.

    The property and apartment was great. The streets surrounding were very confusing and we would have not wanted to walk around late. Host was helpful but always seemed in a rush.

    Great place and caring hostess

    We spent 2 wonderful weeks at Floras place. She was on hand to answer any questions we had and very helpful and kind. The apartment was clean and very well equipped. We enjoyed her beatiful garden and outdoors kitchen. A great place to stay in beatiful Mondello. We would highly recommend the place and would not hesitate to rent it again in the future.
