Location excellentHouse excellent bones.Amenities poor:Sadly, very cluttered, low quality sheets, no mattress pads, no pillow protectors, foam rubber slab serving as mattress, foam rubber pillows, polyester coverlet, cheesy covers on the furniture. Signs of hard use and little maintenance.The kitchen was not very clean, pots pans dishes glasses all over the place, had to be washed prior to use and organized to make sense of it. Broken espresso machine on top of oven, greasy mocha pots with parts missing, 2 ovens , 1 worked , 1 did not, cabinet doors that did not stay shut, large sliding doors to storage hardly moved, hard to get things in and out, drawers were a disaster , hard to find anything, many parts of many things broken and shoved here and there.Large glass door from patio to home, main entry you use, cracked completely across with tape on it.There were many mosquitoes. As we were leaving rental agent mentioned there was a plug-in for misquitoes she forgot to show me.The three bathrooms had nice tile and fixtures , the big tub upstairs was difficult to figure out, we ended up not using it due to that. The shower on the first floor had great pressure, but I do wonder why there was an inverted bowl covering the drain?The living room was large with covers over the furniture.The outdoor white sofa was stained , ripped, And mildewed.Garden area was a neglected mess, dead plants, weeds, leaves, again total lack of maintenance.
