The sleeping area on the upper floor has a bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms open onto a large terrace with a relaxation area.

Perfect location beautiful home

Peppinos house was in a perfect location a beautiful big home with everything we could ever need. Guilia and Rosa were very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend Just moments walk to many restaurants, supermarkets and incredible beach

Amazing place to enjoy Mondello

If you decide to visit Sicily and spend most of vacation on the Mondello beach, this place will be a perfect choice! Property is located close to literally everything: beach, restaurants, shops and buses. It is well equipped, clean, modern and has everything you need to enjoy the stay. We really enjoyed to spend our mornings on the balcony. It is spacious and suitable for sunbathing or relaxing with a glass of wine. Giulia was very helpful and provided us with all the necessary information. We enjoyed our vacation and will be happy to stay there again. Rosa and Giulia, thank you very much for all your hard work! 😊

Perfect accommodation

The accommodation was even better than described. Even nearer the beach than we expected. Near bus stops to Palermo if needed. Everything was spotlessly clean. Contact with the hosts was excellent.

Super schönes Haus mit idealer Lage

Das Haus ist genau so eingerichtet wie beschrieben. Die Übergabe der Schlüssel u Erklärungen zum Haus waren super. Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden :-) wir kommen wieder :-)

Parfait !

Nous avions reservé quasiment à la dernière minute en plein mois d'août et franchement on ne pensait pas pouvoir tombé sur une maison pareil. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Rosita et ses 2 enfants, une corbeille de beaux fruits et surtout des boissons bien fraîches en pleine canicule. La maison, beaucoup plus grande que ce qu'on pensait, respirait la propreté. Meublée avec authenticité, elle vous plonge d'emblée dans une ambiance de Méditerranée, une ambiance bien Sicilienne. Un climatiseur dans chaque pièce, bien efficaces, ce qui en fait trois ! Une salle de bain au RDC et une à l'étage, un tas de serviettes soigneusement pliées sentant la lessive et des draps propres. La cuisine donne sur une grande véranda ombragée, des arbres, un barbecue, plusieurs chaises longues, chaises et tables. Un espace, très utile, pour la voiture. La cuisine est équipée par tout le nécessaire ce qui est rare en Italie (pour avoir été dans plusieurs maisons), la machine à café expresso Delonghi est un vrai plus. Produits ménagers de toutes sortes. Le quartier est résidentiel, en plein cœur de Mondello, qui est une sorte de station balnéaire, la préférée des palermitains, avec tout ce qu'il faut, des restos, café, pizzerias et surtout des glaciers, bref, on y mange très bien, il y a aussi des parcs d'attraction pour enfants, la maison est très proche de la fameuse plage mais tout en étant à l'écart du tumulte, une fois à l'intérieur on est vraiment au calme. On n'est resté que 4 nuits mais ce fut suffisant pour nous attacher à ce coin, même si on préfère d'habitude des endroits plus reculés, moins touristique, mais il y a quelque chose dans ce côté de la Sicile, quelque chose d'authentique. On remercie Rosita, Mateo et Julia pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse
