A visit to Abergavenny can really feel like a break away from it all - you can almost feel time slowing down as you unwind and take in the fresh mountain air and beautiful scenery of the Usk valley.

The location, near the bus and rail stations is perfect to arrive by public transport and explore Abergavenny on foot.

The Swan Meadow alongside the River Gavenny is across the road and provides a morning stroll whilst the Castle Meadows Walks along the River Usk are just a short five minute walk away.

John & Mair Vincent were born in Wales and left to work overseas. In 1998 we returned to Wales and were fortunate to buy a stunning Victorian property in a fantastic location on the edge of the bustling market town of Abergavenny.

Now retired we had thought of downsizing but loved the house and location and so one way of staying was to open a Bed & Breakfast which proved very successful.

We have enjoyed hosting prople from all parts of the world and we will continue to do so for some time yet
