About this property

F3 ground floor of a villa on the lake

I rent a F3 on the ground floor of a villa ideally located on the sunniest shore of the lake, 30 meters from the port and the beach, 10 minutes from the center of the village and its shops, 5km from Annecy and 45 minutes from Geneva. The house is comfortable and enjoyable. it is composed of two rooms with beds 2 places in the machine being supplied. a large living room with a TV sitting area SFR box, Wifi, a kitchen with a hob, a fan oven, a fridge with freezer washing machines and clothes tableware, d, a microwave oven, a bathroom with shower and toilet and towel. The accommodation opens onto a garden and equipped for a comfortable holiday. A parking space in the yard is available. The tourist taxes are not included in the tariff which varies according to the period, 3 nights or the week, and the season in July and August the minimum duration is one week. .Thank you for contacting me for more information. Great experience

We enjoyed our stay a lot, the property actually is better then on the pictures. The kitchen is very well equipped, Internet was working well, we enjoyed short 3 min. walk to a beautiful beach. The host Helen is very friendly and welcoming. We would return to her beautiful house.

Wonderful

Helene is a very kind and helpful owner. She was extremely helpful when my husband became ill. Her location is quiet and ideal. She has beautiful wisteria across the front of her house. I recommend her highly.

Een aanrader

We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad. Het huisje is van alles wat je maar kunt bedenken voorzien en op zeer korte loopafstand van het meer. De gastvrouw is zeer hulpvaardig. Een prachtige en gevarieerde omgeving. Een fijne tuin met privacy om in te zitten. Echt een aanrader!

Sympa appartement 5 minutes jusqu'a la plage

Nous avons passe une semaine tres agreable chez Madame Helene, qui etait toujours a disposition pour des questions et qui nous a accueille cordiallement. L'appartement est sympa et equipe avec tout ce qu'il vous faut. Le jardin au fond de la maison est invitant, mais plus important, la plage est seulement 5 minutes a pied, suitable pour petit enfants aussi. Nous allons retournes!

Logement spacieux très bien équipé, localisé à 5 min d'une plage à pied. Hélène est de bon conseil, aimable et attentionnée, elle a su être présente sans être intrusive. Nous avons passé un très bon séjours.

Superbe séjour

Tout est dans le titre!!!! Petit appartement aménagé au sous-sol de la maison principale de la propriétaire, trés bien aménagé pour 4 personnes. La maison n'est pas en accès direct au lac, mais il y a quand même une trés belle vue dessus depuis le jardin. Il faut marcher environ 100 mètres pour accéder au lac. L'accès au salon de jardin est un plus trés appréciable pour se poser tranquillement dans un carde agréable. Enfin, je remercie sincèrement la Propriétaire Hélène pour sa gentillesse et ses bons conseils. Elle a su être présente sans être intrusive, c'était parfait.

Superbe expérience humaine!

Le logement proposé par Hélène correspond tout à fait à l'annonce. C'est très propre, spacieux et très bien localisé (5 min de la plage). Mais la meilleure des surprises c'est Hélène ! Elle est aimable, attentionnée, intelligente, active, attachante! Une excellente hôte et une formidable femme! On y retournera, sans doute! :)

Alles was aanwezig in het huisje. We waren dichtbij het meer en dichtbij Annecy. Eigenares was vriendelijk. Zeker een aanrader voor max 4 personen.
