The "Il Forno" apartment, in total of about 135 sq m, is located on two floors, first floor and ground floor, which can be rented together or separately, both floors have independent entrances and each has access to the garden.

This part of the apartment is of recent creation (April 2015) and has been created with high quality finishes and solutions. It consists of a modern kitchen with dishwasher, a large and welcoming living room with sofa bed (200x160 cm), a delightful double bedroom and a large and beautiful bathroom with walk-in shower. The "Forno - Piano terra" has air conditioning and is furnished with great care and with exclusive pieces.
This apartment also has a garden table and chairs and can take advantage of a reserved space in the front garden (exclusive use of the apartment).

Perfect place for peace and quiet

As soon as we stepped out of the car, we could feel the peace and calm of Borgo dei Fondi. The building is beautifully restored and maintained, as are the grounds. David is a gracious host with passion for the area and great tips for what to see and which restaurants to go to. He also made sure that we could easily find the property- it is really away from it all! We stayed in the ground floor apartment, which has to be the best one- it comes with private outdoor (covered) space, all we had to do was step out through the living room doors or bedroom doors and sit on the bench or the chairs and take in the beautiful property and Tuscan country side. The apartment has a nice kitchen that is very well equipped with quality cookware. We enjoyed the pool as well- large enough to have a proper swim. And everything surrounded by flowers and herbs. Nicely lit pathways in the evening. Our only regret was that we didn't book more nights here!

Außergewöhnlich

Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr ruhig und mitten in der Natur. Zum Einkaufen oder anderen Unternehmungen ist man mit dem Auto aber nach etwa 15 Minuten am Ziel. Sehr erholsam! Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und auch sonst hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir hatten einen schönen Sitzbereich auf dem Grundstück und haben alles sehr genossen. Hervorzuheben ist die freundliche Kommunikation, der tolle Empfang und die Begleitung unseres Gastgebers David während des Aufenthalts. Leider ist das Haus sehr hellhörig, was aber sicherlich der typischen Bauweise geschuldet ist. Volle Weiterempfehlung!

Great workation spot!

My girlfriend and myself stayed at Borgo dei Fondo for a week of workation in Tuscany. The apartment in the ground floor was super lovely and well equipped. The outside surroundings of the house are just beautiful and very well taken care of. We really enjoyed working from the gazebo and enjoying the lovely garden and pool during lunch breaks. As we were researching for places in Tuscany to work from, we were super happy as we found Borgo dei Fondi and David could assure as that we would be able to make use of a stable and secure internet connection, which did not disappoint. Especially working from the gazebo, the WiFi connection was stable enough for all our remote working needs - Zoom meetings, phone calls and data transfers, providing us with a very pleasant first workation experience. :) Special thanks to David who even supported us when we had car troubles on our way back home. We hope to come back soon!
