This house does not have a garage available, but it will not be a problem since you can park your car in the street with peace of mind since it is a very quiet and residential area. Great privacy in the pool area.
Located in a very quiet and residential area, you will be able to enjoy the best restaurants (just 500m away you will find the urbanization restaurant where there is a large pool), shops and nightlife just a few kilometers away.
The closest beach is Cala Canyelles, just 3km from the villa. One of the most beautiful and family-friendly beaches in Lloret de Mar where the most prestigious restaurants in Lloret and a marina with water activities for the whole family are located.
The nearest supermarket is about 500m away. from the house and 3 km right at the entrance to Lloret you will find the first supermarket with everything you need for your daily purchases.
The center of Lloret is only 4km from the villa.
