Your family will have a memorable experience while staying in this newly restyled 2-story, 3-bedroom, 1-bath cabin-in-the-woods! Private and cozy, you’ll be greeted by a gazebo-covered BBQ area complete with a covered picnic table. A private hot tub is located just steps away. Stepping inside, you’ll be thrilled with the new…yet rustic floor coverings throughout the first floor, and the new cabinetry and countertops in the fully equipped kitchen…including a dishwasher. Just off the kitchen, there is 1-full bath with a bathtub/shower combo…also with new flooring, cabinetry, and fixtures. On the other side of the kitchen, there’s a dining area with a table and benches that provide seating for five, and an accompanying living room with a new and comfy couch and an easy chair, plus a large flat screen monitor for streaming, and a gas fireplace for your family’s enjoyment. Just beyond the living room resides a laundry closet with a stack washer and dryer for sudsing the duds! Ascending the staircase to the second floor reveals one bedroom with one-full sized bed, a second bedroom with 1-twin sized bed, and a third “main” bedroom with 1-queen sized bed.

Bring your favorite yard games because the back yard is large enough to accommodate games such as bocce ball, croquet, or corn hole. A pathway leads you down through the forest and into Silver Lake Park, where there is seasonal fishing, (fishing license required), rowboat and peddle boat rentals, and year-round picnicking. ...and don’t forget Fido! This pet-friendly (2 Pet Maximum, No Exceptions), Wi-Fi equipped*, and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 5-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

**This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, and not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring homes and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee’s actions. They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately.
