Holiday house with prívate pool for rent in L’Escala. Villa Dave is the ideal place for small families or couples who want to enjoy a quiet stay, close to the typical Mediterranean forest of pinetrees.Opening the gate of the accomodation, you will discover the beautiful house and its nice, private garden. What also stands out is the prívate pool where to cool yourself in the hot summer days, lined with loungersfor you to relax with a good book. Moreover, if you like to eat outside, the house is provided with a barbecue and a furnished terrace with roller blindwhere you will be able to enjoy tasty meals.Climbing a few steps ,the house itself, cosy and comfortable, is to be found. It is divided into a full-equipped kitchen, a large living-room opening to the terrace, a complete bathroom and 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed, the other with 2 single beds).For your holidays to be perfect, the house has also free wifi, air conditionningand the possibility to park your car on the property.In house Dave you will spend some relaxing holidays in the shadow of the pinewoodwhere outdoor enthousiastics will be able to enjoy a quiet walk. The house is a good departure point for your bicycle getaways to the village or to the beaches of Montgo and Riells, less than 2 kms away.NB:Free air conditioning in the living-room included from June 11th to September 17th.The houses are equipped with sheets (beds are not made) but not towels, you can either bring your own or rent them through us. In the latter case you can reserve them by contacting us before, or upon arrival (subject to availability).

Petit séjour à la maison Dave

Super séjour dans cette petite maison vraiment bien placée, dans un quartier très calme en bord de forêt. La plage de Cala Montgo est accessible à 1,5km à pieds. Tout était fonctionnel et propre. La remise des clés est très simple à l'agence. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine car le temps ne s'y prêtait pas et il y avait des travaux au niveau des skimmers avec des graviers au fond de l'eau

Nicht das was wir erwartet hatten

Waren nun schon zum 12.ten mal an der Costa Brava. Das Haus landet in der Bewertung im unteren Drittel. Nach Ankunft haben wir das Spülbecken und alle Lichtschalter gereinigt, weil schmierig und unschön anzusehen. Das Haus erweckt den Eindruck dass hier nur kassiert, aber nichts investiert wird. Das Ledersofa ist durchgesessen sodaß man bald auf den Boden fällt beim reinsetzen. Die Armatur am Waschbecken ist dermaßen verkalkt und sollte dringendst erneuert werden. Einstellmöglichkeiten an der Fernbedienung der Klimaanlage funktionieren nicht. Nur An und Aus möglich. Eingeschränkte Klimaanlage nur im Wohnzimmer. Nicht in den Schlafräumen wo sie benötigt würde. Türen schliessen teilweise nicht richtig. Viele Dinge die man verbessern könnte mit wenig Geld und Aufwand. Wir stellen keine großen Anforderungen an ein Urlaubsdomizil im Süden, aber dieses Ferienhaus gehört zu den schlechtesten die wir in Spanien bislang gebucht haben.

Mi casa su casa

Great wee villa smashing pool very secluded and quiet while still only a short walk to the buzz of the beach. We really enjoyed our stay.
