Appartement for rent with shared swimming-pool, close to the beach in L’Escala, a lovely village of the Spanish Costa Brava. Salseta is the best appartement to enjoy some holidays by the sea and with pool with your children.

The appartment is well situated, the main beach of L’Escala, Riells being only a few minutes away. It is a modern 2nd-floor flatof recent construction divided into a full-equipped kitchen, large bright living-room, 3 bedrooms (1 with double bed, 2 smaller with bunkbeds), 1 bathroom with Italian shower and a toilet where you will also find the washing-machine. There is also a sunny terrace up the flat and a large balcony with outdoor furniture and view to the pool.

The pool area is only to be shared between 8 accomodations so there is never too many people and you can fully enjoy and bath. The balcony enables you to watch at the children playing in the pool while you are peacefully having a drink. All in the appartment is comfortable and it is equipped with TV, air conditionning, a special smaller pool for the little-ones as well as a parking place in the block’s garage.

Only a few meters from the appartement Salseta, you can join the bike path to the beach.Moreover, the pinewood nearby will offer you pleasant possibilities of nature and cool walks. NB: Free air conditioning between June 11th and Septembre 17th.Our accomodations are equipped with sheets (beds are not made) but not towels, you can either bring your own or rent them through us. In the latter case you can reserve them by contacting us before, or upon arrival (subject to availability).
