The Port House is a beautifully positioned three-bedroom villa overlooking Port de Sóller and the Mediterranean Sea. Located on Mallorca's spectacular west coast within the Serra de Tramuntana mountains, the house enjoys panoramic views across the harbour and out to sea, while being just a short walk from the beach, promenade, restaurants and shops.

Bright, spacious and designed for relaxed Mediterranean living, the villa has been decorated in calming neutral tones, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for families and groups.

The upper floor features a light-filled living area with floor-to-ceiling sliding doors opening onto a large terrace with a traditional built-in charcoal barbecue. This is the heart of the house, offering uninterrupted views of the port and sea and providing the perfect setting for morning coffee, sunset drinks or al fresco dining. Adjacent to the living area is a modern, fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the terrace, where guests can enjoy outdoor meals while taking in the spectacular views.

The villa is now (since 2026) fully air-conditioned and benefits from high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property.

On the middle floor are three bedrooms, all with sea views, built-in wardrobes and air conditioning. The principal bedroom features a double bed, while the second and third bedrooms are configured with twin beds.

There are three bathrooms on this level, all equipped with showers, while one also features a bath. An additional guest toilet is conveniently located on the main living floor, bringing the total to four toilets and making the villa well suited to families and groups sharing the property.

Outside, the large private saltwater swimming pool (10m x 6m) is surrounded by sun loungers, parasols and glass panels that maximise the breathtaking views over Port de Sóller and the coastline. A shaded patio area beside the pool offers a cool retreat during the hottest part of the day.

Finally, there is a separate outdoor dining area next to the entrance of the house, which provides another wonderful space to gather with family and friends.

The villa is ideally located approximately 5–7 minutes on foot from Repic Beach and the beginning of Port de Sóller's promenade. From there, a pleasant waterfront stroll leads to the harbour, passing a variety of cafés, restaurants, shops and bars along the way.

The historic Sóller tram also runs between Port de Sóller and the beautiful town of Sóller, providing a scenic and convenient way to explore the valley without a car.

Although many guests enjoy their stay without a car - as the beach, promenade and many restaurants are within walking distance - having a car can be useful for supermarket shopping, exploring the wider Sóller Valley, and discovering Mallorca's many beaches, mountain villages and attractions across the island. Free on-street parking is available directly outside the property, with private gated access to the villa from the road.

Despite its convenient location close to the beach and promenade, the villa enjoys a high degree of privacy, allowing guests to relax and unwind in peaceful surroundings while taking in the spectacular sea and harbour views.

The Port House is a much-loved family home and is best suited to families and groups seeking a relaxing holiday in one of Mallorca's most beautiful coastal locations. It is not suitable for stag or hen parties.

Guests have exclusive use of the entire property throughout their stay.
