At the forth floor of a building in the historical centre of Verbania Pallanza (with lift) there is the apartment Giuse. The furnishings are all brand new, the large and bright living room overlooking the lake has a lounge with satellite Tv, dining table for 4 people and a modern kitchen with all appliances. From there you reach a long balcony with lake view with table and chairs. The two bedrooms have twin beds that you can approach and a wardrobe: from one of these you go out on the balcony overlooking the lake and from the other you exit on a balcony overlooking the city. The bathroom has a shower. From the apartment in 100 metres you can reach the longlake of Pallanza with all its attraction and port to take boats to visit the Borromean islands which are just opposite. Beaches, pools and playgrounds are in 3-5 minutes walking. The parking place is a pass that permits clients to park in some places with blue lines in the city of Verbania. For pets an additional cost is required per week.

The property is situated in an excellent location, just a short walk from the lakeside, the museum and an array of shops and restaurants. The property was well equipped and very clean, and the beds are very comfortable. The views from the property are beautiful, it is quiet, the building is secure, clean and easy to find. The quality of information about the property from the host (Lago Maggiore Rentals) was excellent, very easy to deal with. We would definitely recommend this beautiful apartment to others and would love to stay again.

Great

Initial impression was that main area of apt was smaller than in the pics, but still roomy enough for 4 adults - and view was great! Very clean, mattresses adequate, kitchen had all we needed, and within walking distance of stores, promenade, restaurants, etc. Elevator a plus for people with heavy luggage or mobility issues. We would stay here again.

Les points positifs : bel appartement, fidèle aux photos, très jolie vue sur le lac, à 2 pas du centre, très propre, ascenseur appréciéLes points négatifs : difficultés à communiquer avec une personne réellement responsable, soucis de prises électriques bancales, les plombs sautent si vous utilisez 2 appareils en même temps. Pour cuisiner Bon courage, pas de couteaux de cuisine, pas de plat pour le four, j ai fini par avoir des saladiers car je ne pouvais même pas préparer un simple plat de pâtes. Et malheureusement, une odeur recurente de gaz.... La personne referente m a renvoyée sur l agence immobilière, d une impolitesse crasse, me disant que si je voulais faire de la grande cuisine ce n était pas le lieu. Eh bien essayez d émincer un oignon ou une gousse d ail avec un couteau à pain ! Pas de cgaise haute pour bébé et le lit pliant de bébé est sans vrai matelas. Vraiment dommage car cet appartement a bien des atouts

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist gleich um die Ecke. Das ist immer wichtig für uns. Und Lidl war auch gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zum öffentlichen Strand geht man ca 10 Minuten und dort hatten wir auch sehr viel Spaß.

Lago Maggiore für die Seele

Das Objekt hat eine tolle Aussicht auf den See. Cafes und Restaurants alles um die Ecke. Zum Bummeln ist der Ort weniger geeignet. Morgens ist es ziemlich laut vor dem Objekt. Aber insgesamt wiegt die Lage es auf
