VILLA LOS ALISIOS 58 is an exclusive, luxurious, detached, and very bright house located in Playa Blanca, in the south of Lanzarote, within a high-quality residential complex. It's the perfect place to spend your holidays with views of the sea, the Pechiguera Lighthouse, Lobos Island, Fuerteventura, and Montaña Roja, all without leaving the house.

Located in the Los Alisios Residential Complex.

A 2-kilometer walk will take you to a shopping center with a supermarket, restaurants, and cafes. The Playa Blanca tourist center is just a 5-minute drive away, and the famous Papagayo Beaches are only 10 minutes away.

It offers a bright and relaxing atmosphere with guaranteed tranquility.

From its second-floor terrace, you'll have breathtaking views of the sea, Fuerteventura, Montaña Roja, and even the boats coming and going from the Playa Blanca pier.

The villa features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a hallway, a terrace/dining area with garden views, a solarium, a garden, and a private 7.5 x 3.5 m swimming pool.

The pool is heated from November to April, and Wi-Fi is available.

The only service not included in the price is the Jacuzzi, which costs an additional €100 for 7 nights. For longer stays, the price will be prorated.

Lovely villa in quiet location

Very nice spacious villa with warm heated pool and new hot tub. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. Well equipped on a large plot. We really enjoyed the whole experience.

Lovely villa with all you could need for your holiday. Great area . 10 mins walk to local shops and restaurants and the coastal path. We love walking and know the area well so it’s suits us perfectly. 10 minute drive into playa blanca or walk the coastal path 45 mins leisurely walk. The villa is well equipped comfortable beds lots of towels for bathrooms and pool. Comfortable seating areas and well equipped kitchen. Communication with Jesus was great from start to finish. Victor who met us at the property and cleaned the pool regularly was very helpful. We stayed for 17 nights and didn’t want to leave. Would recommend to friends and family.

The villa was lovely especially the outside areas. The inside was neat and tidy, although some areas could have done with a bit of a better clean (the fridge was particular dirty on the outside) and some of the furniture needs to be replaced (the settee had come unstitched in places) and the 2 cushions weren't particularly clean. The towels and tea towels need to be replaced immediately, they have definitively seen better days, there are no coasters/mats for any tables inside or out and you'd be hard pressed to find matching tableware for 7 persons. The one big thing that is missing is a standard 'welcome book', with emergency contacts, instructions for the use of the TV and helpful hints of places to visit, to eat etc, although the host did send a few ideas on an email, a welcome book with address of local pharmacy, clinic, hospital etc and suggestions, directions, bus/taxi information etc would be more welcoming.
