The Space:

Perched right on the 8th green of The Club at Crested Butte, a Robert Trent Jones-designed course, this south-facing duplex lives like a standalone home and offers sweeping views of Mt. Crested Butte from its sun-soaked deck. The semi-private club means you can simply pay greens fees and play as much as you like.



The main level features 2 queen bedrooms with a shared bathroom accessed privately from the hallway, plus a garage. Upstairs, the second level opens to a bright living, dining, and kitchen area: the living room offers two couches, a TV with satellite service, and a gas stove for cozy mornings and evenings, while the well-equipped kitchen is designed for cooking, complete with pots, pans, utensils, and bakeware. This floor also includes a laundry room with a stackable washer/dryer, a powder bath, and plenty of games for the group.



The top floor is home to the primary suite, with a king bed, a renovated (2019) ensuite bath featuring a shower and double vanity, and a private balcony for enjoying cool summer breezes. Just outside, a small loft overlooking the living area offers a full-size futon.



Located just 3 miles from Crested Butte and 6 miles from Mt. Crested Butte and its famous steeps, this home offers incredible mountain biking right out the door and direct access to a recreation path leading into town—an ideal basecamp for your next mountain adventure.

All of our kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans, cookware and utensils. While most properties have salt, pepper, and basic cooking pantry items, we do not guarantee these will be available upon arrival.



The minimum age for all persons in this property is 25 years, excepting children (of all ages) with their parent or legal guardian. We are not able to allow more than one dog at this property.  

Please note that we do count all children and infants in the headcount for the property.



This is a pet friendly property. You are welcome to bring one dog and will be charged a separate pet fee at the time of booking.



No trailers or RV's are allowed at this property due to town regulations and/or HOA covenants.



Please note that our company does have a separate rental policy that will be emailed to you immediately after booking and this will need to be signed by you.  If you wish to see it prior to booking, just send us an email.



Guest Access:

Check-in instructions to include lockbox codes will be sent to you 3 days prior to your arrival from Alpine Property Management.  When you sign our rental policy upon booking you will be asked to confirm whether you would like this information sent by email or by text or both.  We would suggest that you check both options.



The Neighborhood:

The Club at Crested Butte is a semi-private club but you can golf there in the afternoon as a member of the public. Please note, you do not have access to Grant Lake or any amenities in the Skyland residential neighborhood such as playgrounds. Owner presence and a permit is required to enjoy these areas. And they are patrolled.



Getting Around:

The town of Crested Butte is about a mile and a half away.
