2SANT01 - Beautiful house for 8 people with private pool and stunning sea views located near the beach

Beautiful and modern house with a private swimming pool located in a very quiet residential area, just 2.5 km from the lovely Canyelles beach, 5 km from the centre of Lloret de Mar and 8 km from Tossa de Mar, one of the most charming towns on the Costa Brava! This house is ideal for enjoying holidays or with family and friends on the Costa Brava!

Maximum capacity for 8 people.

The outdoor area with a private pool (7 x 6m), terrace with stunning sea and mountain views, and a brick barbecue where you can enjoy breakfasts and meals.

Interior area with a modern living-dining room with TV with magnificent sea views, open kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob and oven. It has 2 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each, 1 bathroom with bathtub and 1 bathroom with shower.

Young people not accepted.

- Pets accepted upon request and with a supplement of 35 €/week/pet, and the deposit will be in cash and will be returned a week later by transfer.

Air conditioning optional and with supplement: 150 euros/week).

Cala Canyelles is a beautiful cove on the Costa Brava that stands out for its clear and crystalline water. Umbrellas and sunbeds can be rented, as well as activities such as pedal, parasailing, water skiing and kayaking. You can also taste typical Mediterranean food such as fish and paellas in the beach restaurants.



Regulations and special bond for young people:



A cash deposit of €150/person for houses and €75/person for apartments shall be paid. This will be returned one week after the client's departure once it has been verified that the property is in perfect condition. Celebrations and making noise after 22:00 are strictly prohibited. In the event of non-compliance with any of these premises, the client must leave the property without the right to any type of refund.

The check-in and check-out will be carried out at our office in Lloret: Av. Vila de Tossa, no. 80 Lloret de Mar (Girona)



Tourist tax



Upon arrival, it will be necessary to pay the tourist tax which is mandatory according to the Catalan Government.

Gorgeous villa

The villa was beautiful, very spacious and well-equipped. The campsite nearby had fab singers most nights - free entertainment! We really enjoyed the pool. The location means that taxis and buses were needed - no food shops nearby. A car would be recommended but not mentioned or at least provide public transport details. Hairdryer would have been appreciated.

I can consider our stay in the villa as successful! Beautiful surroundings. The villa met our expectations, it was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately it is a bit far to Lloret as it is a 50 minute walk, so it is best to hire a car as the road to the town is quite steep. Other than that, if you are looking to relax and have a swim in the pool, this is the perfect place. The house also has an alarm which you have to deactivate every time you enter the house and activate when you leave. Also be prepared that this is a rental house and not a hotel, also take cleaning products such as washing capsules, shower gels and toilet paper with you. Of course, there is a deposit if you are a team of young people and a tourist tax payable under Catalan law. Don't worry, the deposit will be refunded one week after check-out as long as you don't break anything! I would definitely recommend the villa to everyone!

Wunderschöne Villa, nachts etwas laut durch den Campingplatz

Insgesamt hat uns der Urlaub sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht. Einzig in der Anzeige steht oder stand 3 Bäder, tatsächlich sind es aber nur 2. Das Internet ist sehr schwach und langsam. Klimaanlage kann man für 20 EUR/Tag separat dazu buchen.

Villa très sympa, en revanche, ne buvez surtout pas l’eau courante, nous sommes tous tombés malade sans avoir été prévenu à l’avance, l Les chiens autour aboient toute la journée……. Une caution est demandée par message sans réelles explications et sans rapport avec « Airbnb » Enfin, un tas de petites choses qui pour moi sont à améliorer. Je ne regrette pas car, le cadre reste magnifique mais au vu du prix, c’est encore moins que le minimum exigé. En vous remerciant tout de même.

De villa ligt pal tegen een camping aan waardoor je van de ochtend tot laat in de avond last hebt van entertainment. Wanneer je gebruik maakt van handdoeken en bedlinnen krijg je dit mee in een grote vuilniszak bij het ophalen van de sleutel. Het huis heeft maar 2 badkamers niet 3! Huis was ronduit smerig toen we aankwamen. Huis heeft plastic tuinmeubelen zonder kussens. De bedden zijn ronduit oud en slecht, je moet werkelijk het matras op de grond leggen anders steken de veren in je rug. De omgeving is top, mooi weer, mooi strandje in de buurt echt heel jammer dat het huis enorm tegenviel.

Super Haus, mit allem was man für den Urlaub benötigt. Die Aufteilung und Ausstattung ist super. Auch der Ablauf mit der Agentur war reibungslos. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden auch wieder kommen.

Interessantes Objekt

Zeitgemässe Inneneinrichtung, schön angelegter Pool, ausreichend Platz, ausgezeichnete Lage. Verwaltung (Office) in der Nähe, auch am Sonntag erreichbar. Einzig die Kommunikation zwischen Vermieter sowie die Zahlungsabwicklung waren aus unsrer Sicht nicht ganz problemlos.
