This apartment is poolside with a few steps from the pool up to it.
It has two bedrooms. One with a double bed and one with twin beds.
Two shower rooms.
The kitchen is American style with washing machine, fridge freezer ,gas cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle. All the necessary cutlery and crockery for your holiday.
The living room has an 'L' shaped sofa for up to 5 people, TV, basic UK channels, DVD player. The living room looks out to the pool and sea as does the main bedroom.

A room with a view

It was so gorgeous. An absolute delight to arrive at this incredible location. The view from this property is just outstanding. It literally takes your breath away every single day. The property itself was so well equipped to a really high standard yet had not been modernised in a way that lost the character of this beautiful old villa. It was a joy to live there. The hosts Kim and Paul are two of the friendliest most laid back people who do not intrude on your privacy yet are there at the end of a phone ready to sort out any problem or query you may have. They just cannot do enough for you. Lovely people. It's a wonderful place to stay and highly recommendable. The showers are superb and the beds supercomputer. And they charge no extra for Internet gas or electrics. The price they quote is the price you pay. Fab.

Really nice but expected a little more

A comfortable & tidy little villa with a lovely view of the sea. Operating the gas oven was quite a challenge as there were no instructions or oven gloves and very limited oven amenities. The tiled stairs between the carpark & villa were also quite dangerous when wet, especially the ones without any railing to hold onto. This aside, the owner is very understanding & tried to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.

My name is Kim Harris and I have 4 daughters. We have been living in Spain for the past 16 years and absolutely love it. The villa is our own family home with stunning sea views which I and my family take care of , we do the cleaning, meet and greets, guest information and try and keep our guests up to date with all the restaurants, fiestas, local activities. We are in a quiet area but only a 6 minute drive from the pretty fishing village of Moraira, Calpe a little further and Javea too. Lots of Golf courses within a short drive. We love it here and are sure you will too.

Why they chose this property

My father purchased it nearly 45 years ago so we spent a lot of time here as children.

What makes this property unique

Each of the 6 apartments is self contained with kitchen, lounge, bedrooms, bathrooms, terrace. They all have sea views and look over the pool area. There are 2 shared outdoor kitchens, BBQ, ample tables and chairs for everyone to dine by the pool or on your own terrace. 2 swimming pools.
