About this property
Apartment - Silver Sunset
The apartment consists of a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and a large living room with fireplace. From a French window in the living room there is access to a panoramic terrace shared with my adjacent apartment, but separated by plants. The apartment is located in the historic center of Manciano and has been completely restored in 2016. The peculiarity is the panoramic view of the coast, where the Argentario can be seen, the islands of Giglio and Montecristo and when the sky is clearer also Corsica.

In Maremma nella quiete
Abbiamo goduto di tre buonissime settimane in questo appartamento nel centro storico di Manciano: il paese è accogliente, rilassante e ventilato. La casa accogliente, spaziosa, ben attrezzata e con una vista superba sull'Argentario dalla terrazza. Unico neo da segnalare la presenza di piccioni invadenti sul lato del vicolo: forse un intervento di sigillatura delle fessure nelle quali fanno i nidi valorizzerebbe la casa.

É stato un grande piacere ospitare Alessandra e Fabio e rendere piacevole il loro soggiorno.
Sono ospiti molto corretti, puntuali nelle comunicazioni e rispettosi delle regole della casa. Hanno dimostrato cura nell'utilizzo degli spazi e delle cose e hanno lasciato l'appartamento pulito e in ordine. Simpatico e tenero il loro cagnolino Mirò che non ha creato alcun tipo di problema.
Spero di poterli ospitare anche in futuro.
