exellent stay

Excellent stay The best value for money apartment we have ever stayed in. From the initial enquiry to the refund of the security bond everything was handled professionally. The apartment was spotlessly clean on arrival, good quality furnishings and bedding. The roof top solarium is where we spent most of our time. Plenty of room for sunbathing and we used the BBQ most days for lunch. Would we go back? Of course! Would we recommend? Most definitely!

Mala experiencia

Tras realizar la reserva no pudimos disfrutarla, cuando llegamos a la casa nos encontramos que no teníamos frigorífico lo que hacía imposible la estancia. El frigorífico era muy muy muy viejo y tenía todas las gomas despegadas lo que hacía que la puerta no cerrase y se abriese lo que no permitía la refrigeración. Así que nos vimos con la necesidad de encontrar otro alojamiento una vez allí, tras el viaje de 4 horas desde nuestra residencia... La limpieza tampoco fue de nuestro agrado debido a que estando en época de covid, ésta debería ser exquisita y en absoluto era así. Para nada. Las fotos del alojamiento no muestran su realidad ya que cuando llegas allí te encuentras con una casa muchísimo más vieja a la que no le vendría mal una reforma de la cocina, de los electrodomésticos (la lavadora también se veía bastante destrozada), de los sofás, de las sillas del salón...etc. La realidad es que está bastante machacado y quizás si eres joven, te metes varios en el alojamiento y vas con un grupo de amigos para salir de fiesta y no te importa mucho el estado del alojamiento pues quizás te puede encajar, pero en nuestro caso, fuimos dos personas adultas que queríamos tener una estancia agradable en un sitio cómodo y bonito y para nada la casa cubría esta necesidad. Como punto positivo comentar que el propietario entendió perfectamente la situación y no hemos tenido ningún problema en recuperar el dinero, por ese lado, francamente muy bien.

Its ok for the money

Accommodation was a little tired in places. Kettle didn't work so we bought a new one. Towel rail kept coming off the wall. Shower temperature was hit and miss. A/c good in bedrooms, ok in living area. Beach about 1.2km away but walk is on extremely steep hill. Ok if fit and healthy as we are but struggled pushing 2 kids in pushchair back up the hill. Bus service to and from is quite good. Not allowed food and drink around the pool. This is enforced by life guard. We were hoping for picnics around the pool with our 2 small kids so this was really disappointing. A few nice restaurants nearby but most near a main road which wasn't ideal with a restless almost 2 year old as he couldn't have a wander. There's 1 small square that is nice and safe with small kids so we went there a couple of times. In summary the holiday was just ok. The biggest drawbacks were the pool rules of no picnics, the hard beach walk with kids, and busy roads next to bars and restaurants. Had our kids have been older these things probably wouldn't have been such a problem.

Charming

We are family of 4 enjoyed in 10 days this really nice place. Everything was as we expected, key holder David is very friendly guy, some questions we had was always answered , house has all guests need, both bedrooms with really comfortable madras, swimming pool actually in a front of the house, 5 min walking distance to shop, restaurants and all facilities, amazing sandy beach. No any complains at all. Thanks for grate holiday!

Love it

We traveling with 2 small kids stayed for 11 days. Would recommend to families, quite and safe area. Great house, key holder is very friendly, everything as described. Carabassi sandy beach is just amazing, only short 50m to the pool and all with walking distance. Will be back next year!

Super ferie

Vi har haft en rigtig dejlig ferie i en skøn lejlighed. Det er et roligt område, hvor alt er inden for gåafstand. Godt indrettet, TV med danske og alt muligt kanaler, super dejlig senge alt var perfect. Vi vil rigtig gerne komme igen, tak!!!

Grate place to stay for a relaxing holiday

Great house, In a very good location close to bars, restaurants and the beach. House is very clean and has everything we need or even more. Communication with the owner and key holders was very good, managed to check in earlier than expected. Very good value for money. Nice pool, wifi, and all around TV channels.. Will look to book again. Thanks af lot!
