Spacious apartment where you can relax and spend a few days on vacation. It consists of two bedrooms, one double with a 1.50x2.00 bed and a second bedroom with two 0.90x2 beds. 00. It also has a large kitchen, connected to a very comfortable living-dining room with air conditioning. The whole house is exterior and the main bedroom and living room communicate with a large terrace. It is ideal for families. Within the urbanization we have a private parking, playground, swimming pool with Jacuzzi.

Vacances familiales

Communication excellente avec la propriétaire. L apparemment dispose de tout le nécessaire ( eau fraîche et boisson dans le réfrigérateur). Hébergement calme et serein. Pour profiter au maximum du lieu et surtout des alentours ( Alicante et sites touristiques)une voiture est nécessaire nécessaire.

Tres bel appartement

Nous y avons passé 15 jours. Tout etait parfait à l arrivée comme au départ. L appartement est spacieux, propre, bien équipé et nous avons pu manger tous les jours sur le balcon. La piscine est superbe on est tranquille. La plage est à 800 m mais mieux vaut y aller en voiture de toute façon il y a toujours de la place pour se garer. Merci à Roberto pour l accueil et son francais impeccable.

Apartamento muy nuevo perfectamente equipado y con una gran terraza. Urbanización tranquila con una piscina preciosa parque infantil y aparcamiento. Está situado a 10 minutos de la playa. La anfitriona dispuesta a ayudar en todo. Repetiremos!

Da gusto. Urb. muy limpia y sin ruidos (Por la noche ní a los niños se les ohia)

Como yá he comentado la Urb. esta muy bien y el apartamento esta impecable y muy bien acondicionado, no hace falta que lleves nada de cacharros y ropa. La propietaria, Elena, esta siempre dispuesta ha hablar contigo para que no tengas ningún problema y hasta te deja las sillas y la sombrilla para que las lleves a la playa. Da gusto con ella.

Ottimo appartamento

Appartamento in ottimo stato e ben arredato e pulito ideale per 2-4 persone a 20 minuti d'auto dall'aeroporto di Alicante. Perfetta assistenza da parte della proprietà sig.ra Elena a cui suggerirei solamente di sostituire il cuscino del letto matrimoniale con due singoli che, per me, sono più comodi. Box auto interrato comodissimo in quanto l'auto è protetta e non si surriscalda al sole. Ottima la piscina condominiale che a fine giugno era praticamente ad uso esclusivo! Bella, ampia e lunga la spiaggia di sabbia fine, quasi completamente libera e pulita giornalmente che si raggiunge a piedi in circa 15 minuti (l'abbiamo trovata affollata solamente nei fine settimana). Per raggiungere la spiaggia, ci sono larghi marciapiedi ed occorre superare un certo dislivello rispetto alla quota del mare, in certi casi, se si devono portare sedie e ombrelloni, può diventare comoda la macchina. Consiglio visita al castello di Santa Barbara (Alicante) ed al centro storico di Elche raggiungibili in meno di mezz'ora di auto.

Wonderful appartment

This appartment is really wonderful and very comfortable. Its looks brand new. Everything you might possibly need is available. For example washing machine, dish washer, coffee machine. Also things to play at the beach for my children. The beach is nearby and also a small supermarket and a few restaurants. A little further (by car) you find several supermarkets (Lidl). We had a great time here.

Apartamento muy bonito y nuevo, lugar perfecto para vacaciones

Pasamos una semana en el mes de Febrero, el apartamento es extraordinario tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones de forma muy cómoda. Nos hemos sentido como en casa. Los propietarios fueron muy atentos, mantuvimos contacto con ellos durante la reserva. Nos proporcionaros sillas de playa y sombrilla. Ciertamente resulto muy comodo. La piscina y las zonas comunes están muy cuidadas, parece que estas en un hotel, por el cuidado de las zonas ajardinadas. La piscina y la jacuzzi es preciosa. Hay piscina para niños y parque infantil. Nos pudimos bañar ya que la piscina esta abierta, como nos dijo la propietaria durante todo el año. La playa y el paseo marítimo es muy bonito. La playa de Arenales sensacional, fantastica. Nos proporcionaron información de los alrrededores y sitios para comer paella, En resumen días perfectos. Volveremos pronto!! Gracias Elena.
