Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, with very close proximity to Cougar Point golf course, and Kiawah Island's 10-mile stunning, wide, natural beaches!

The charm of this coastal retreat begins in the home’s two-story entry. Masterfully placed windows welcome abundant natural light across the polished hardwood floors of the gracious foyer and introduce the voluminous aesthetic found throughout the residence.

A thoughtfully conceived open floor plan combines living and dining areas for a great room that is open to the kitchen. Large windows frame gorgeous fairway views and two sets of French patio doors open onto a spacious deck and screened porch, which foster inspired outdoor entertainment alongside the golf course.

The home has plenty of space for a family to spread out in. Hang out on the rear deck area to enjoy the sunshine or have your meals outside in the covered, screened porch eating area. The spacious kitchen area makes cooking meals a breeze, while the adjoining living room and a family room upstairs provide places to unwind after a long day on the courts, course, or beach! The family room has a daybed with a trundle for additional guests.

Fireplace and Jacuzzi bathtub in master bath unavailable for guest use.

Hurricane doors in living room, kitchen, and master bath to rear of house -- lift up all handles before locking.

When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $280 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.

Access to Kiawah's 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; the Sanctuary spa, shopping, dining, and family friendly resort activities including Kamp Kiawah. Free Wireless Internet Access; Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay. Property does have linen included. Additional housekeeping services are also available during your stay (mid-week clean or daily trash and tidy). Guests DO NOT have access to any of the resort pools located on Kiawah Island (including pools at The Sandcastle, Night Heron Park, West Beach, or The Beach Club).

Great house, great location!

We stayed here with our 2 teenage daughters and friends. The house was clean and nicely equipped with plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The kitchen could use updating but was perfectly functional for our needs. Best of all was the location - steps away from the bike path and beach. Would definitely stay here again!

A wonderful home on a beautiful island

We couldn't have chosen a better place to ring in 2020. Kiawah Island is a beautiful island that mixes the best of planning and nature. This home only added to our enjoyment as it is one of the most accurately VRBO-portrayed homes we have been in yet. There are a couple of minor "housekeeping" items that need to be addressed, but nothing that limited our enjoyment and relaxation.

Guy's Retreat

We want to say thanks to the owner of the house! We had a very good trip over to Kiawah a couple of weekends ago. In lieu of a typical bachelor party, we opted for a weekend fishing trip for my brother in law and had a fantastic time. The house was exactly what we needed and close in proximity to everything required. We'd also like to also post a thanks to Capt' Rob of LowCountry Charter who provided a very, very good fishing experience. All in all, exactly what we wanted. Thanks again!!! Brad

Relaxing week in Kiawah

The house set up well for the kids, they had their own TV room and area to hang out while the parents enjoyed the screened in porch and downstairs area. The kitchen was well stocked for grilling and cooking. Hillary Harling was a delight to work with and if we return to the island next year we will definitely be returning to this house. Thanks.

We loved the screened-in dining, the well equipped kitchen and outside gas grill for family meals for a group ranging from 6 mo to 94 yrs old! ESPM staff provided super connections to the local activities and services. We chose to rent bikes for the long weekend to enjoy the beach and ride to golf resorts for lunch out! The golf course view certainly entertained us with golf action, then evening strolls at dusk. ESPM staff was flexible with our requests for early arrival and delayed departure. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood!

Love This House!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love this house!! Perfect for our families--4 adults & 6 children ages 2-13. Quick walk to the beach. Loved the den upstairs for the kids to hang out and watch movies. Kitchen was well stocked--we did not want for anything. Comfy furniture with the exception of the "queen" bed in the downstairs guest room (seemed like this was a double bed on a queen frame). Screened porch was our favorite place to hang out, had coffee every morning overlooking the golf course. Downstairs fridge was key for storing extra drinks & made loading the cooler for the beach very easy. The property manager was very conscientious and responded quickly to our call & was extremely friendly & efficient. Can't wait to stay here again next year!!!

Discovering Kiawah

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were first time visitors to Kiawah Island and were there for a wedding. Not knowing what to expect, we arrived to find our accommodations to be large, beautiful, well maintained, and in a location that suited our needs perfectly. The home bordered the 16th hole of a golf course (this alone proved to be very entertaining), and was next to a bike path leading directly to the beach. The plant life was absolutely spectacular, and the beach was one of the best we have ever enjoyed. The expanse was immense, and the sand well packed enough to both bike and run on. In arranging for our accommodations, we dealt directly with Hillary Harling and she was an absolute treat to work with. Not only is she very professional in the way she handled our reservations, questions, and added requests, but she is fun and has a great sense of humor. All of this made the process very enjoyable. I can say without any reservations that we will return to Kiawah Island again and again, and when we do, will make our arrangements through Hillary and ESPM Rentals. Thanks again for a memorable visit.

Nice Property but sub-par wifi

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice property and excellent location. Very short walk to the beach. The only issue we had was the was intermittent and did not work much of the time. And when it did work, it was very very slow. When I measured it, it was less than 4mb download which does not support much of anything. I left a message with ESPM but did not receive a call back. I did not follow up as we were enjoying our vacation and we just used our cellular hotspots to bridge the gap. I would recommend you use something other than what you have in the house. Our consensus was this would prevent us from renting this house in the future and look for another property. It's not a deal breaker, per se, but if you pay a lot of money for a house, you expect, in this day and age, to have sufficient wifi. That is my only complaint with the house. It is a great property and we would recommend it to others with the caveat about the wifi.

Great location and spacious house

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean, enough space for 2 families with teens. The upstairs bonus room was so great for the kids to have their own space to hang out. The deck looks over the 16th hole of the golf course and is lovely. There is a great bike/walking path steps away from the front of the house that goes down to the beach. We rented bikes and went all over. Beds were comfortable and the house was well stocked. Great place to stay on a beautiful island!
