The entire unit was refreshed in fall of 2024 welcoming you in luxury. Walk in to coastal elegance at its finest. New flooring and lighting point the way to an unrivaled view of the Atlantic Ocean. Make yourself at home in a brand new kitchen with stylish granite countertops, all updated appliances, and furnishings.

New flooring, ceilings, trim, fans and lighting brighten up the primary and guest bedroom. Custom closets help keep your vacation wardrobe organized. And brand new beds, mattresses and bedding are perfect for afternoon naps and relaxing at the beach.

The renovation also includes refreshed full bathrooms, a new powder room with old Florida charm, and a cozy reading nook overlooking the ocean.

The condo is part of the Ormond Ocean Club is an enchanting ocean front community in lovely Ormond Beach, FL, on a no-driving allowed section of the beach. Ormond Ocean Club offers gorgeous sunrises, serene evenings and a convenience for a central Florida get away. Convenient shopping is less than 1 mile away. Approximately a one hour drive will find you at attractions such as Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios and the Kennedy Space Center. This is the perfect destination for your central Florida, Atlantic Coast vacation.

This is a two story, town house style condo unit. Enter the main living area on the 2nd floor and bedrooms on the upper, 3rd floor. It is not handicap accessible.

Ormond Ocean Club is more than your place of choice for a beach vacation. It is a place where people return year after year developing long term friendships on the family atmosphere. The layout of the Ormond Ocean Club is conducive to meet and interact with others. The pool is the heart and center of the courtyard where you are able to enjoy your new and old friends, having the beach as your background.

We came back to this property for the second year in a row because it is THAT good!! Impeccably stocked kitchen, beautiful beach decor, well manicured grounds and pool, and the ocean at your back door. Our family of five was very comfortable for a weeklong stay at this location. The host, Joyce, was wonderfully communicative and helpful.

A True Slice of Heaven!

We loved sitting on the balcony and feeling like we were on the beach—-it’s that close!! We had one issue with the AC, but Joyce responded quickly and had it fixed for us! It’s a perfect spot for a family vacation!

Favorite place to stay!

Amazing vacation spot!

What a wonderful stay! The view was incredible! We spent a lot of time on the large patio enjoying all Ormond has to offer! Check in process was super easy! Joyce was very responsive to texts and calls! The condo was fully stocked with everything we could have needed including lots of fun games for the family! We will definitely be back!

We love this unit! This is our 4th summer in this unit and it is by far the best unit! Joyce thinks of everything! The remodel is beautiful, the beds are super comfortable, and all the extras throughout the unit are amazing! We will definitely be back for year 5!

Family Spring Break

This condo is amazing! Very clean and a perfect home away from home. My husband and I took our 3 teen girls to Ormond for spring break and this place did not disappoint. There was plenty of space for everyone. The location is perfect for a day trip to anywhere from St Augustine to Orlando. We spent our evenings relaxing on the balcony just watching the ocean. When we come back to Ormond, we will definitely book this place again.

Beach paradise

Ormond ocean club is my happy place !! Great location shops restaurants all in a 1-2 mile radius. And best of all the view of the beach you can walk from the pool to the beach! No drive beach ! 🏖🌅this unit very clean ,plenty of room , and the host is wonderful very prompt if you have questions or a problem . Will be back ! Ormond is a piece of heaven !

Beach week family

Spent the week with my husband, his 3 siblings and in-law. Ormond Ocean Club in September has been an annual trip for more than 40 years. Enjoyed the condo and the trip. Condo had a couple of small repair jobs needed but they were taken care of the same day. Joyce was a great property host.

What a GEM! Our family enjoyed a week at Joyce's beautifully renovated unit! The ocean view on two levels is luxurious, the kitchen is SO well equipped and organized with labels, etc. We were able to make meals easily and enjoy dinners in. I was so very impressed with the items stocked in the closet for the beach and the linens were quite nice (I am ordering a blanket like the ones on the guest room beds!). This is a wonderful value for a week at the beach! We hope to be back next year :)

Home away from home

My family ( part of them) as all 5 children of mine get their own unit here every summer, has stayed in this beautiful home every year for years. I have never had any problems with booking, checking in etc. The owner will respond promptly if you have any questions, and if any issues do arise, she will quickly take care of it. Beautiful home, beautiful beach! Can not wait until next year !( 2025)
