About this property

Welcome to our home. This single family home on 65th Street is steps from the beach, with a deck, yard, outdoor shower and off-street parking for 2 to 3 vehicles.
There are 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, full kitchen,
dining room and living room/sun room. The first floor has bedroom #1
with 1 full-size bed, bedroom #2 with 2 twin beds, kitchen, full
bath and living room/sun room with entertainment center, full-size
pull-out sofa bed and second dining area. Second floor has loft with
1 queen-size bed plus a pull-out futon and full bath.
Our home is great for the kids, with miniature golf down the block, video,
grocery store and liquor store across the street, and great
restaurants nearby. Awesome house for families! The property is a 1/2 block to the beach. At the end of the day, head to the outdoor shower to rinse off, before relaxing on the deck, while the kids play in the yard.
Linens are not included. You must supply your own sheets and towels.
Cleaning service is included in the rates.
The house is available for families and adults over 24 years of age.

Awesome vacation home

What a Great property..A very clean and well kept home. Would highly recommend this home.. Hopefully will be able to stay there again..The Host were right on top of things if needed..

Perfect for families

This was our second year staying at this property, and it's been perfect for us. We're a large family (7 total) and there's plenty of space for us all to eat, sleep, lounge, and store our (considerable) stuff. It's very close to the beach, so you don't have to cross Coastal Hwy to get there. The outdoor shower was really great for my kids, who came back covered in sand every day. There's a grocery store nearby, as well as a liquor store and many restaurants - so it's perfectly situated! The air conditioning upstairs has been upgraded since last year, so it's nice and cool up there. The mattresses are a bit firm for my liking; however, I will just plan to bring memory foam toppers next year! Overall 10/10 would recommend.

It was decent/had mice

The description was correct, it was very close to the beach. It could sleep 10 easily. Had a lot of essentials like a grill, washer, and dryer and showers. There was a few issues. It was not completely clean. Lots of dust and even sand in the rugs in the bathrooms and dining room area. My biggest issue was the mouse the roamed around. It must’ve came from behind the washer or dryer because those were closed off by actual doors. If it was not for the mouse, I would say this was overall a good place to stay but I cannot.

Great location for beach!

Great place to access the beach, about half a block away, no roads to cross. Everything was clean with the exception of a few crumbs on the stove top but not a biggie. Everything else was clean as a whistle. The house is also in a good location for heading south to the boardwalk, just a few minutes drive down to the inlet. Lots of restaurants close by too and a small grocery/convenience store across the street. I would definitely stay here again.

Location, location, location

In the heart of mid-town OC close to shopping, restaurants and entertainment and far away from the noise of downtown. Great on-site parking for six, outside grilling and perfect accommodations for family!

Our family purchased this house in 1999 and we have used it as our personal vacation home since. We do not own any other properties in Ocean City. We love spending time with our children in this house and try to get to the beach whenever we can. We hope that our renters will enjoy, appreciate and care for the home as we do.

What makes this property unique

This house is one of the few single family homes on the ocean side with private yard, private parking, outdoor shower, outdoor charcoal grill and deck. It's a fun place to enjoy with the family. We walk to mini-golf, restaurants, bars, the market across the street, and the boutique shops across the street.
